Rude staff talked to the manager who was rude to my son and yelled at him was irritated and then rolled her eyes. I said let me speak to your manager she said she was the manager I said you have no right treat children like this in this establishment which is supposed to be full of fun and smiles. I said what is wrong with you. This is a kids place and if you have a problem with kids you should get another job. Who hired her and all the other rude staff who followed her terrible example. It was our first time and my son left in tears. Shame on you!!!! Im Beyond appalled!

The big older lady with the red shirt at the cashier/salad was rude when I went and asked for a second salad plate she responded with āanother one?!ā also, everything here is Extremely expensive and salad bar spinach and fruits were old/rottenā¼ļøā¼ļøsmall portions, big prices! This is wrongā¼ļøā¼ļø

I come here about 4-5x a week and maintain a gold pass membership. Today my sonās card was stolen by an adult that was freshly loaded with 250 play points. My son is 5 and the adult is obviously wayyyy older and can make conscience decisions. We reported this to the manager on shift and she refused to assist in any type of way, she refused to look at the camera footage or even help after we asked the adult and confirmed they had the card and were not going to return it. I spend at least $50 every visit to make sure my son enjoys himself and do not appreciate how I was treated. The manager seemed extremely bothered by the fact that I was able to confirm who took it and still refused to assist. Her response to the matter was to file a police report instead of helping. Would love for someone to follow up on this.

Busiest venue I've been in. The host(s) got the job done and I was shocked through it all. The hostess and Mgr. really broke through the chaos well to make us feel welcomed and served well! It's amazing how tge level tge kids bring actually scare themselves... too funny! (Now we need a vacation) oh boy!

Good afternoon,
Today I placed an order (#4 pizza, 4 drinks, and wings). When I received it, I noticed the wings were extremely small, almost the size of a finger, which was very disappointing. In addition, while I was waiting, an employee was dusting nearby and the dust fell on my food. This was very unhygienic and unpleasant.
Honestly, the experience was disappointing and it makes me not want to return. Iām sharing this feedback so you can improve your quality and service.

Food was ok, most games give like.. 2 tickets per play .. chuck e cheese has really gotten terrible but the only thing saving this review was the customer service
