I like that they actually keep this location clean and the people that work there are very nice. Definitely coming back

Enjoy the atmosphere, food is tasty, kids enjoy the food. Like the fact that their tokens go a long way knowing all games are 1 token each. Will continue bringing kids there to have some fun and just be kids.

I’d give no stars if it were an option. Went here today for a friends birthday party, you walk in and it smells soooo bad, very long single line to pay but no one at entry putting the numbers or checking that kids are leaving with the same number hand stamps, everything looks so dirty from the carpets to the napkin and straw dispensers. The guy watching kids enter the play zone that needs socks was hateful yelling at kids they need socks but they had socks on, so didn’t understand he meant “chuck e brand socks” if you’re working with kids you can at least lead with kindness before going straight to being hateful. Also we never received a goody bag it says online it is part of a party when you attend a birthday party package. Pretty sure we’ll never go to another Chuck E. Cheese 🤢

This location is aweful. First off, they mispriced one of their family deals. It said $62, but the the manager tried to charge us $81, saying that it was listed wrong. That's called false advertising. You have to give the customer the listed price. Secondly, tons of their games are out of order and simply do not work. Lastly, the manager herself seems like she barely tolerates her job. Not pleasant to be around at all. And no one even checked our hand stamps on the way out!!! There was no one guarding the exit at all.
I've been to a Chuck E Cheese in Elk Grove, CA and it was an amazing experience for the family. This was not that.

Don’t give the kids enough to spend on the toys as much as they play and spend you should go back to the tickets give the kids at least 3 points per game

Please don't waste your money on the salad bar. It's worth 1$ not 12 plus tax. It's basically cafeteria food with the prices of a good restaurant

I was actually surprised with my visit here. The games were fun and entertaining for the kids. The pizza was decent. The service was fairly good.

I took my son there for his first visit. I had not be since I was a young girl. It has changed a lot. At the lake Mead location there are no ball pits, and no more tickets nope! All digital. The staff is very busy and our pizza took about an hour. As our first time it's very easy not to know where to get the pizza and have a lot of questions with staff too busy to ask for help. But the pizza was great and my kid had fun once I figured the new way of the mouse. It's not like it use to be in the 90s

What can I say? Its C E C. A giant mouse and games and trampolines. Lots of kids and doting parents. The pizza isnt the best but free large drinks. Basic Charge 32$ The trampoline section requires a separate fee as for socks gotta buy theirs. Service was ok

I've been to a lot of Chuck E Cheese around the country. I have to say this was one of the best times I've had at a Chuck E Cheese. The food was fresh. The staff was amazing. It was a friend of mine's daughter's bday. The staff went above and beyond to make sure her bday was special. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family in the future for any of their party events or just looking to take their kids for a good time.
