I took my son there for his first visit. I had not be since I was a young girl. It has changed a lot. At the lake Mead location there are no ball pits, and no more tickets nope! All digital. The staff is very busy and our pizza took about an hour. As our first time it's very easy not to know where to get the pizza and have a lot of questions with staff too busy to ask for help. But the pizza was great and my kid had fun once I figured the new way of the mouse. It's not like it use to be in the 90s

What can I say? Its C E C. A giant mouse and games and trampolines. Lots of kids and doting parents. The pizza isnt the best but free large drinks. Basic Charge 32$ The trampoline section requires a separate fee as for socks gotta buy theirs. Service was ok

I've been to a lot of Chuck E Cheese around the country. I have to say this was one of the best times I've had at a Chuck E Cheese. The food was fresh. The staff was amazing. It was a friend of mine's daughter's bday. The staff went above and beyond to make sure her bday was special. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family in the future for any of their party events or just looking to take their kids for a good time.

They had a blast. The food was good, but the wait time was quite lengthy, I think a total of 35 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed the experience.
Horrible horrible service I was so disappointed with my booking I booked there because of lactation thinking it would be better then the Nellie location but no my host was hardly even there I had to go look for her the cake I choose they didn’t have they never called me to tell me me they had no goodie bags for the kids and to see if that was ok with me we also never did the ticket blaster and that was part of my package.

Was there last year at the same time. Pizza with cheese in the crust was very good . Salad bar was kind of hard to reach things in the back row my great grandson had a great time for his birthday not to crowded
