Poor customer service from the manager/owner. Suggested if I wanted orders done accurately I should go across the street to Jolibees.
Orders perpetually incomplete.
This place is an absolute joke. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes just to go through the drive through. They’re also almost always out of something or conveniently “just ran out”
The manager, and I assume the owner, of the place is ridiculous. When you ask him why service is so slow, the excuse is there’s only 2 employees working at a time. I work for Grubhub. This place is never busy and yet they always take 45 min plus. I will only go here for a high order now.
I understand when a place is busy but it’s legit alllllllways slow here.

The owner creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the prices are reasonable. The newly renovated restaurant is a must-visit, especially for those from Hawaii where Church's Chicken is not available. Recently, a new blueberry cheesecake pie was added to the menu, which is surprisingly tasty and not overly sweet. Though there have been some reports of dirty tables and limited staff at times, the food is generally fresh, hot, and tasty, making it a satisfying dining experience worth returning to. However, there are some issues with the app rewards system that need improvement. Overall, for fried chicken fans, Church's is definitely worth the stop, especially if one enjoys extra crispy chicken and great customer service.
