Most nastiest food I’ve ever had. Wasn’t sure if the chicken was cooked fully, stiff honey roll, hard cold fries with no flavor. Had one bite of each thing and threw the food out. Wasted my money for sure.

I drive door dash and avoid this location at all costs. They asked me to wait 25 minutes for an order when nobody else was in the restaurant. The guy in the front was at least communicative.

They don't care about the online orders only the drive thru. Waiting 15 20 minutes for a 8 piece is crazy but they getting the drive thru orders out no problem. People in the lobby can't even get their food either

I just ordered 10 pc meal and i only got 9 and when i ask for honey sauce, he said that he already put some in the bag, but when i checked, theres none

If I could I would give this place a 0 food was cold and nasty!!! Mac and cheese was literally burned. I called to complain and was told that is the way it is supposed to look and taste. BAd customer service I paid $60 for trash!! Stay away chicken taste like it was spoiled omg look at this Mac and cheese

Terrible experience! I placed an online order at 8:24 pm for a 9:15 pm pick up , I get there at 9:08 pm they can’t find my order … the cashier claims the never received it …. By the time I make it to the window she tells me she found it that they just dropped it and it would be 20 minutes and to park in the back . 20 minutes later she came to my car to inform me that they were out of MAC and cheeses … I asked if they could make more as it’s more expensive then the other sides listed … she told me No that they were completely OUT! And to pick another side . In total I waited close to an hour … with not even a complimentary desert or drink for the wait and not having the items I paid for …on top of that I paid for an extra side of gravy that wasn’t even in the bag . The chicken would have been amazing if I didn’t get a box full of legs when I asked for the spicy leg and thigh mix . I really hate complaining but the lack of compassion from the staff was infuriating. As you can tell they just wanted to go home .

We waited 1 HOUR! 60 MINUTES! for our family meal.....when she originally told us 15 to 20 minutes and there wasn't anybody else in the lobby or the drive thru either....WTH??? Another guy that came in 10 minutes after we did left after 40 minutes and I don't even think he got what he wanted cause walked outta there saying someone should be fired. When I walked up to the counter at 50 minutes to ask WTH was going on, she's like "He's trying to cook & filter the oil at the same time" REALLY? I've been to alot of Fried Chicken places and that was an excuse I've never heard of before? I can understand running out of chicken or being super busy.....but 1 hour??? Really? Churches Coporate should really come down and investigate this store and how operations are ran, cause making a customer wait 1 hour is totally unacceptable.

This location does not honor corporate specials. They seem understaffed every time I stop by. They also charge $1 extra for no reason on Togos. Check your receipt! Waste of time and will not return to this location.

This chicken is once again DELICIOUS! They recently changed their recipes. My family can't get enough of the new spicy chicken. Their Mac in Cheese and biscuits are the BEST as far as fast food in concerned. Give 'em a try!

Every time I go to this restaurant by far the best service, from the manager and his employees. Tonight we’ve had some of the best service in a while from the employee Tim. Thank you Tim for your service you have made my family very happy with all the right items with such big order. Thank you so much.
