Church's Texas Chicken

I asked for original they gave me spicy.
My food wasn't edible. I don't eat spicy food and the fries and the okra was old. I will never return.

A lot of people forgive and forget. Well everything is going up.

Rent, food, gas, haircuts, everything is going up.

So that forgive and forget s*** expired when they started raising prices on s***.
I will never return to any restaurant or place that overcharged me and didn't give me what I paid for.

That is the new rule for 2025.
Do not go back into that establishment. COMPLETELY SHUT OFF YOUR BUSINESS TO THAT LOCATION.

ONE PERSON will not change anything BUT IT STARTS WITH ONE PERSON LEADING THE PACK.

OTHERS WILL FOLLOW.

If these places, insist on playing customers, THEN SO BE IT.

I do not accept the survey and the offer that comes with the survey, I took 5 minutes to fill out this questionnaire, the inconvenience of the rejection was only because the invoice was broken. Other branches have accepted the invoice, whether it is broken or not!

The price of 4 pieces of chicken and mac n cheese just went up $2 in the last few days. That's not "inflation" that's just greed. fwiw the chicken was drier than usual too. to get ripped off you might as well eat from canes down the street for more consistent quality at outrageous prices

After waiting a very long time in the drive-thru I placed my order. After I got to the window I was told they didn't have the chicken that I wanted which was original.

They wasted a lot of my time when I could have just been given the correct information at the speaker. I ended up having to go to my original restaurant that's closest to my home anyway. I just figured since I was already out that far for other reasons but I could go to
that church's. Well it won't happen again.

I wasted my entire lunch money on food that was absolutely 100% in edible. It’s got to be last night‘s food because there’s no way they just made this or made this fresh and it’s only 1130 in the morning. I’m disgusted and annoyed that they would have the audacity to serve such food to paying customer I’ve ever had something that’s so so hard to chew it’s not edible. It’s disgusting.

Just now took a drive through 2 piece spicy chicken meal. Only one there.
Gave me the wrong drink which I swapped but didn't give me the extra ordered sauce which I forgot to check before I left.

I am not going back to waste my time to go back and correct my order.

Everytime I visit this location after 4pm the workers are always taking forever to make orders. They spend too much time on orders. Their drivethru & lobby doesn’t be busy enough for the amount of time they spend on orders. I will not recommend going here if you’re hungry or on a time limit. You will be sitting around waiting !!!!! Won’t ever visit again.

I got the 3pc Tenders and 3pc chicken meal. The Tenders were very small and rubbery, and the chicken was dry. The mashed potatoes were good tho.

I wanted some chicken, decided to go here and it was after 9 p.m. and I was told that they don't sell breasts or wings. So I decided to get the chicken tenders, but the order taker recommended that I get 20 pieces of chicken, which were legs and thighs, for the price of the tenders. Ok, I did, and only to get home to find the chicken was some old chicken that they were trying to get rid of.

We love Churchs Chicken. We just need on by Summerlin instead of having to travel 20+ miles. We love the chicken, corn on the cob, and the fried okra.
