This Church’s Texas Chicken location is not ideal for dining in. The cleanliness needs serious improvement, and the overall atmosphere doesn’t feel well-maintained. Additionally, the customer service could be more attentive and welcoming.

This churchs is always a win regardless of who's at the windows or what time I come. Granted service is not overly friendly however justification can be lended to this as they are usually busy. But even when they are its just mediocre service.

I was served by Gerardo today. Basic service, only necessry communication nothing more nothing less, took my ordwr told me the price, i payed he gave it to me. No pleasantries, which isnt neccessary but does help when youre preparing someones food.

Now the food though, it's always hot, taste like it's always made fresh, especially the fried okra
( night and day compared to my previous experience at the flamingo location.

I would definitely recommend this location for churchs. If you can get passed the lack of smiles and "how are yous" then this food is good quality and always has me ready to eat down as soon as it gets in the car. Fresh fried okra here is to die for. In today's order I got.

10 PC chicken spicy/reg

4x chicken sandwiches which are also really good. Better than Popeyes and chicken fila.
If you find yourself in vehas feinding for hot crispy fried chiken and okra, and some. Uiscuits with honey and mac and cheese, go here... they hit a 10 every single time with the food. The service can be worked on.

The drive through at this location damaged my handicapped van, because of the cement pylon being so far away from the curb and sits so low to the ground. I was trapped inside my vehicle at one point and had to visit a body shop to get me out. I have called, emailed and written the corporate office to help me repair my damaged van. Plus, the soda was flat which took away from the overall reason of having a good meal. I will not be returning to Church's Chicken ever again in my life, until they fix my handicapped van! Look at the photos, the pylons are continuously being scrapped and damaging vehicles. Please contact me ASAP 🙏.
