I am a creater of habit. I will go as long as the customer service is good and food is fresh. Everything is very expensive now so where you spend your money is very important. I went to Church's yesterday (4/3/2024) and got the best customer service Everybody was friendly, they upsell their items and it was awesome to be there. But the next day (4/4/2024) it was a complete 360. When I answer the restaurant there was no greeting the cashier didn't even say a word to me I just ordered my meal. She asked me for the money, gave me my food and walked away without saying thank you or even up selling me. Yesterday she made a suggestion about the iced tea but today she didn't even try to suggest the iced tea at all and that is one of the particular reasons why I came to this restaurant in the first place was the iced tea. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and it was not consistent like yesterday. I think I'm going to try another churches since I don't think I will be coming back to this one. There is one thing, I did want to say food is excellent and I tried this new purple pepper sauce and it was excellent.

Wait can be long but usually you get fresh food so you really cant complain i grabbed that shrimp and tender box was a good deal for 16 bucks only are missing fries like wingstop gives for the same prices if so id grab that constantly

Their always running out of side orders,sometimes even chicken and no biscuits, they should let people know and not let them be in line waiting and wasting time.

AWFUL!!!!! I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER OF HOW BAD AND OVERLY BURNT IT WAS FROM SITTING ON THE HEATLITE SOO LONG SHE DIDN'T CARE. I ASKED TO EXCHANGE MY HUSBAND'S WHICH WAS WORSE, WITH THE CHICKEN THAT HAD JUST CAME OUT. SHE REFUSED! REST ASSURED IM NOT GOING BACK EVER AGAIN. THEY DON'T CARE THEY KNOW NO ONE AT THIER CORPORATE EVER FINDS OUT. THE WORST THING IS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MR HERE BEFORE. SHAME ON THEM AND SHAME ON ME FOR TRUSTING THEM AGAIN!!

Chicken was cold and old. Fries tasted like they had chemicals on them.
Location is ok. Server is super nice. Food is delivered very fast. 4 pieces of spicy chicken for 6.99 is a very good deal. 3 of the chicken pieces are huge but one piece is really tiny. The server gave us extra cups for water, dishes for sharing food. The restaurant is not too busy inside (a short line up) but a long line up in drive through. Id say the girls are pretty efficient in delivering and serving.The spicy chicken is not too spicy and it has a good taste to it. Very crispy and hot. Super delicious.The floor seems sticky but overall it’s a 5-star.

OMG drive thru was too slow and gave old chicken fried twice and not even spicy when ordered spicy no spoon for the mac and cheese and no napkins. What a waste of my money.
