My mother use to work here and she said that the employees here did not wash their hands and that they did a lot of disgusting things, that's why she always made the pizzas that she brought home. She never trusted her coworkers to make pizzas for my family. She also said that the place is really dirty.

The employees here don't have the customer service skills they should. I went to Cici's with a party of 8. They don't keep everything on the buffet line stocked at all times. In fact, 2 hrs before closing they stop refilling anything but cinnamon bread and soup. I payed all that money for the 8 of us because we all had our favorite dish at Cici's. We were disappointed to see that some of our favorite dish weren't even being refilled on the buffet line. No customized pizza forms were visible and no one bothered to ask if we needed anything even though they heard me talking about it. The employees were too busy talking amongst themselves. Customer satisfaction should be a priority for a business like this.

This place was utterly disgusting. Before you even step inside, there's trash strewn all over the parking lot. Upon entering inside, it only gets worse. Trash all over the floor, tables left dirty, nothing cleaned at all, including the plates, and don't get me started in the bathrooms. We sat there for for a total of 30 minutes, and in that time, not one worker came out to wipe tables down or sweep. Picking a table was hard cause we had to find the least dirtiest table open. Overall, this place should be shut down, turn down, or whatever needs to be done to wipe that place clean. On a side note, there was a creepy guy sitting in the corner with a computer so not sure if that was the manager, but overall, creepy af.

Great place to eat with family, we love going to the Tropicana and Eastern location. But Floor was dirty, ran out of ice, tables were dirty. We would like to see this local business succeed. Please hire more people please we love you guys. God bless

The pizzas are light in crust yet plentiful, various types that appeal to all. Soft drinks and iced teas of choice included, a salad bar for those found wanting and the pasta is alright. Was not expecting a dessert pizza,so that was definitely new to me. Very satisfied as a first time diner there

Went to the other two locations, decatur and the one on Cheyenne; both closed. What a shocker. Went to this location. Good customer service. First impression although, not clean whatsoever. Tables were filthy, sticky. Pizzas were extremely limited. Maybe 2 to 3. Besides the salad and soup, they were good. I did request for our table to be cleaned which they sent someone immediately to clean but the table had a serious issue even because after she cleaned it, it was sticky. Game room is super small. After awhile more pizzas started to appear. Some were super flat and dry and others were just perfect.

Great Pizza Buffet find. Pizza variety is great and fresh from Oven. Really enjoyed the boneless wings. Food is fresh and fun! Great price for $5.99

What a difference a year makes! Pizza was terrible and the place was cold no heat so the food got cold really quick. The worst part was the smell of urine coming from the restrooms near the beverage fountain.

Used to be good. They are cutting down on better ingredients now. No more marinara sauce its tomato sauce, watered down Alfredo w a funky taste to it. No more personal pizzas offered. Disappointing

Took my daughter here for her birthday weekend and we had majority of children And we had over 10 people and they put us all out because they had a sewage line break. A great way for her to bring her birthday in the whole place smell like nevermind ?
