Extremely rude staff, came in for a pick up order that wasn't even started until I got there. While I was waiting the staff kept telling me to get away from the pick up area and kept giving me dirty looks. Assuming it will be done soon I still stood by the pick up area and the lady in a loud tone told me to sit down and she'll call me when it's ready. I'm 30 years old. Not a child. I was quiteley waiting patiently and there wasn't a single other customer there so not sure who I was bothering. Also ended up waiting almost 20 mon for my order that should have been ready when I ordered it almost 20 min prior. Terrible and rude service

Average at best. I haven't gone to a Cinnabon in a lot of years but I've had a few over the last few years. Ordered the original 4 pack and it looked more mass produced than in-store made under the heat lamp. Tasted that way and though it was not expired it was not that freshly made either. Now I see why my girlfriend goes to Galleria Mall.

I was here with my daughter yesterday and purchased a regular cinnamon roll and one with pecans. The pecan roll was very dry so I returned to the store with it and spoke with the manager on site Kevric. Kevric went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Thank you Kevric!

Haven't had Cinnabon for a while, but this location is showing why they're closing down. There was no one in line and while standing in line, the girl at the register who saw me, decided to finish what they were doing first before attending to a customer in line. After she finished cleaning the area she was working on, she took my order.

I ordered one Cinnabon and she gave it to me with their machine asking for a tip. After receiving my Cinnabon, I noticed it was not hot like it should be.

I asked another worker how long these sit out for and the guy told me 30 min. I mentioned mine was pretty cold and rather than asking me if I'd like another one, he just said someone hit the warmer and it turned off which is why the Cinnabon probably wasn't hot. Even after that, he still did not offer another one.

I won't be going to this location any more and wouldn't be surprised if they closed down like many of the other places at the mall.

People can blame Amazon all they want for stores closing, but horrible service also is a reason for places closing as well.

The food was great, but the attendant at the register today was rude. She wears a mask and mumbled rude remarks under her breath to myself and other customers about using the Cinnabon app for rewards and discounts. It wasn't the first time she's done it. Why disrespect loyal customers?

I came in this morning around 10:56 AM, not quite sure what time Cinnabon was open, normally I just drop in on a mommy Daughter cinnamon roll date. So I kindly asked the black woman that was there at the time “excuse me what time do you guys open? “She proceeded to mumble something with an attitude and I wasn’t quite sure what she said so again I asked “excuse me what time did you say “and she elevated her voice with an attitude yelling 11 o’clock! At that point, I had no interest in waiting an additional four minutes to order any cinnamon roll because she was not going to serve me my food with that sort of attitude. I am a regular who comes almost every weekend if not every other weekend to get a cinnamon roll because this is the nearest location for me, but this has motivated me now to make my own at home.

I wasn't able to get anything here because there was a black male teen who was rude. Telling me to stand back when I was and was in line. Then he serves a group that wasn't even in line. This was about 5:20pm. I walked away especially since I was in line when a groupd of 5 was not. This kid either needs to be trained to be way more respectful or quit his job. I use to work mall security in a different city, and I never got this even before and after I quit that job.

Horrible experience…was there Saturday afternoon and the employees were so rude, I agree with the other review about the mini bons they were hard and nasty, I couldn’t let my toddler eat them I had to throw them away. Never buying there again.

I would give this a zero star if I could but unfortunately I can’t. I also can’t even rate the food part because I didn’t get anything. I went there yesterday to get a drink because I love their drinks but you know what I don’t love, being told by an employee that they don’t want to make a drink so they tell another employee to make it and that employee also said they didn’t want to make it. So after them going back and forth saying they don’t want to make it and then they say do we even have the mix and the one at the counter turns around opens the fridge and closes it and says yup we don’t have it. So now you just wasted mine and your time, I’m sorry but i didn’t realize that you get to decide whether or not you want to do your job at your job. The service is horrible every time I go to medows mall in Las Vegas Nevada

Disgusting ? I ordered a strawberry and cream chillata that was ALL cream and I got mini bons that were like 5 days old the way it crumbled apart like a cookie. Immediately spit it out.

The employees were definitely miserable to be there. Almost got the whole order free too because they gave us the food and we told them we still need to pay
