This used to be such a great location even just a month ago. Now they BLAST la Banda music and Chicano. I could not even hear what he was asking me it was so loud. The guy working there gave me an attitude when I asked if the wrapping paper was just online or if it’s here as well. I don’t get why he was so upset. I don’t understand why the music is so loud. I don’t know why he has such an attitude when guests come up to purchase something. Bad business practice. Never was like this before

Went to purchase the deal that they were having. When I got there the line was ridiculously long so I decided that I didn't want to wait so I walked around the mall a bit then came back. There was no line at this point which was great, but the service was not great. The two employees were not friendly in any sense and acted as if I was bothering them by trying to purchase the food. The food was great as usual.

I wanted to place a catering order via the app but the app was not working. I went in personally to place my order. The worker that was there, was not able to fulfill my catering order because they didn’t have enough material. She tried to sell me boxes that didn’t look fresh. I offer to come next day or two days later, in order to fulfill my order. The worker said she couldn’t. I guess they don’t need more business.

Came to consume , my daughter was pointing at the Cinnabon thru the glass showing me what she wanted when we hear someone yell please don’t touch the glass . Mind me my child just tapped the glass with her nail . I look over and hear the associate mumble I don’tKnow why they touching the damn glass . I responded excuse me ? She said I wasn’t talking to u , I asked her for her name (Tanisha) she was cooking Cinnabons on talking to someone on her AirPods . Then Donna (cashier) took our order , she was very nice to us helped us in a professional manner . She made the experience Better Thank you doona. Tanisha is supposed to be a shift leader , speaking to customer in a poorly negative manner is not professional . I will not return to this location .

Will not be back to this location. Cinnabon is so little and did not raise while baking. Very underbaked. Barely any cream and for the Oreo one the guy just dumped Oreo but no sauce , very dry. I wish I could post a picture of this madness

Extremely rude staff, came in for a pick up order that wasn't even started until I got there. While I was waiting the staff kept telling me to get away from the pick up area and kept giving me dirty looks. Assuming it will be done soon I still stood by the pick up area and the lady in a loud tone told me to sit down and she'll call me when it's ready. I'm 30 years old. Not a child. I was quiteley waiting patiently and there wasn't a single other customer there so not sure who I was bothering. Also ended up waiting almost 20 mon for my order that should have been ready when I ordered it almost 20 min prior. Terrible and rude service

Average at best. I haven't gone to a Cinnabon in a lot of years but I've had a few over the last few years. Ordered the original 4 pack and it looked more mass produced than in-store made under the heat lamp. Tasted that way and though it was not expired it was not that freshly made either. Now I see why my girlfriend goes to Galleria Mall.

I was here with my daughter yesterday and purchased a regular cinnamon roll and one with pecans. The pecan roll was very dry so I returned to the store with it and spoke with the manager on site Kevric. Kevric went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Thank you Kevric!
