It was delicious! But it took us forever to find it. It’s not located in Venetian hotel as described. Instead you will find it in excalibur hotel. 1 level above the casino (food court).

INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE With the added bonus of apathetic service. Lovely! Purchased 2 cinnamon buns a black tea and a 110ml orange juice for breakfast cost us $35.00 USD so way over 50 dollars Canadian. My husbands cinnamon bun was dry and Overall this was the worst breakfast we had in Vegas. Should point out this review is of the cinnabon in NYNY Hotel location and only went here as AMERICA the restaurant had a lineup of about 150 people for breakfast so we couldn't get in. Also the staff was apathetic, I mean how difficult is it to serve 2 cinnabon. ?? They didnt even make my husbands tea they handed him a cup and a blank stare.

The woman that waited on us was horribly rude and dismissive. There wasn’t a single person in line and you would have thought us ordering two buns was the worst thing that ever happened to her. Whoever runs this establishment should find out what the problem is because their wait staff is obviously miserable. After dealing with that awful person we went to Krispy Kreme in the same area and they were so very nice and helpful. No matter how yummy the buns look, it’s not worth the headache of going there. Just walk on over to KK.
