The croissant sandwiches are weirdly mushy, they almost seem steamed & they’re cooked wrapped in parchment paper. No flavor whatsoever

You’d think when you buy a Cinnabon it would be fresh and warm, this definitely was not.

The ladies were not helpful and the rolls were old and hard.

Staff is friendly and nice, but I’ve never seen anyone slower. The queue was very long not due to the amount of people, no. It was either because the staff takes their time, or this shop is understaffed. Anyway, it took me about 29 minutes because I could order and have my stuff ready. I’ve seen a few people giving up and leaving halfway through the queue to avoid missing their flight, and I would have been forced to do the same if I hadn’t one our before boarding.

Average prices, food was great, especially the classic roll—but the coffee wasn’t good. It tasted like burnt.

Not sure if I would go back.

That $6.40 small cup of cinnaroll tastes good. Share if you can as it is too much sugar. Prices are not worthy. They give tea bag in the name of hot tea and charge $3.80 for that.

Ordered two bacon and egg sandwiches which did not look anything like the picture advertised
They have a pile of these croissant sandwiches pre wrapped and piled high next to the microwave which I did not clue into at first
They basically microwave your premade sandwich
If you enjoy Hot and soggy this is for you
If you know what a fresh croissant and egg tastes like then this will definitely disappoint
Maybe stick with what you know

Sandwiches look great in the advertisement. This is what you get. Don’t get any panini. Cold brew tastes like straight syrup. Would never come back to this place.

Decided to get a roll while waiting for my flight at Las Vegas Airport, Terminal D. I worked at Cinnabon many years ago in Hawaii and we, of course, made the dough, rolled, proofed, and baked the rolls in sight of customers. I get this is in the airport, so the frozen Cinnabon is more feasible, but they do that at a lot of Cinnabons I have been to. The roll was good, but not the same freshness.

Absolutely disgusting. The little old lady was the only hope health standards were followed. She needs a better team and she can run that place correctly.

It’s a Cinnabon. You know what you’re getting. The best cinnamon rolls around.

The usual cinnamon rolls and some savoury food. Breakfast sandwiches were sold out at 1100. The service is very slow and because of that, there’s a very long line of people waiting. Some seating available inside. Limited availability of cinnamon rolls. Looks like they don’t have the capacity to keep up the stock of food to match the demand at the busy airport. A single classic roll is 880 calories.

Vegetarian options: Cinnamon roll is vegetarian.

They never have cinnamon rolls! I have been here three times during normal breakfast hours (this time was 7:30) and they don't have them and they aren't planning on making any. I fail to understand how they regularly are out of their hallmark item.

Cinnabon is like smoking crack. Once you've done it once, you can't stop doing it.
