Staff unwilling to take cheese off a premade sandwich before they heat it. Pivoted to cinnamon rolls and they were so dry and stale I had to take them back for fresh ones. The “fresh” ones turned out to be the same dry and stale rolls.

The place opened at 5 and we got there at 5;10. There was a line and there were no Cinnabons ready. We got a sandwich and a coffee and they were also out of coffee. Unacceptable especially when you are pressed for time. We sat and had our sandwich and left at 5:35 and they were just putting rolls out…how much business is lost due to incompetence and staff not caring

I had a couple minutes before my flight so I thought I'd try Cinnabon. The cinnamon roll was old and pretty hard. The Cold Brew wasn't great except for two sips that they had all the sugar and flavor in it.

I have eaten a million of these but these were the worst ever. I bought 2 and she handed me them from under the counter? really quickly. i said i want them hot. She was nice and got 2 different ones but not out of the tray from the display but from somewhere else. i wasn’t watching because i was tapping my card. anyway i paid 15.00 and these were hot but the dough was breaking apart and dry like, i couldn’t eat them. I just left. no sense in complaining to employees that gave me garbage to begin with. i hope the franchisor sees this because i never had buns given to me from a warmer/heat lamp?

Also order a cinnamon roll… it’s better the airplane food

The service was bad. Staff were rude to all customers. Food was old likely from the day before. Coffees were made wrong, they were not even made as something else on the menu it was just random coffee drinks the employee made up.

Im actually really sad. I adore Cinnabon, and I was really excited hours before it opened while I waited for my flight.

The person who took my order was pretty nasty and gave me attitude despite me trying to be polite. The (classic) roll itself was bad. Brittle around the edges, lukewarm at best, and honestly flavorless. I think especially for the airport pricing, this was upsetting.

Normally I never write bad reviews, but pairing the service with the product, I feel frustrated and let down. Cinnabon has been my favorite treat since I was a kid, and I was really looking forward to this place today.

I had a great experience during my visit to Cinnabon! The food was fresh and bursting with that classic, delicious cinnamon flavour. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was quick. The cozy and clean atmosphere made it the perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat. I dined in and truly enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend it to anyone craving something sweet and satisfying.

Cimply Broken

Been waiting so long to break the diet with a few of these delicious sweet treats. Purchased a HEAT TO EAT box to polish off while waiting for flight. Counter help would not even HEAT up for us (in their many unused ovens). Sooo disappointed in Cinnabon staff. Do better!

The cinnamon roll was dry on the outside and soggy on the inside. It was apparent at 5PM that it had been made many hours ago and sat under a warming lamp. I couldn’t finish it, and I love Cinnabon.
