Very unwelcoming. No “hi how can I help you” nothing.. customer service definitely needs to be worked on.. Cinnamon roll was very dense. The cinna bites were decent but definitely could get a better cinnamon roll at Cinnabon.

It would be within good business practice to update the hours posted on the door at this location to reflect 11am if that's the correct opening time. Also don't send marketing emails to customers stating a 9am opening time for all 3 locations when that's not the case.

This place is Great. The cleanliness, smell, customer service and price. When having a sweet tooth or just want that special treat, I recommend cinnaholic 10 out of 10. I met the manager and he was very kind. I ordered the apple pie cinnamon roll. Absolutely DELICIOUS

And then once you are given one of these heaven-on-earth pastries— you’ll be wondering how you didn’t know about this place already!! I believe they forgot to put their “whites only” sign up at this location. Whomever was working on Sunday, April 27th at around 3:00pm was extremely rude. My friend and I walked in and he just simply said “what do you want?” I said hello, trying to be friendly to which he did not look at either of us and said nothing. I will never visit this location again.

Awesome experience as I’ve only had some shared, so this was my first time going in. However, the guy working was so cool and explained how it worked. He took his time and made it with care even though they were closing shortly, which I appreciate since I’ve got a late-night sweet tooth. 10/10
