Third visit in 2 months, third time they had no creamer for coffee! Don’t sell coffee if you’re not going to provide what’s needed for the coffee. First time I got it and drank it black but it was lukewarm at best. Next 2 times just didn’t purchase! This isn’t the only location that never had creamer either! Blue Diamond also never had creamer or only oat milk vanilla. Bad business to always run short.

I have finally decided to change my review, after previously giving 5 stars I can safely conclude this establishment is not worth the trouble.

The cinnamon bun with cream cheese frosting and a sprinkling of pecans cost almost $9, which is very expensive. The tipping structure: once you pay (which includes tax), a screen appears to enter a tip. The minimum tip is 15%. The tip will be calculated on top of the full price, which included tax and which you've always paid for. Since they don't show the tip option until you've paid the full amount, including tax, you're tipping on top of tax. There was no receipt therefore I have no idea how much I ended up paying. This is a shameful practice. I would no longer tip due to this. Also, the sticky, cinnamon filling was under the roll and it stuck to/absorbed into the cardboard therefore I was not able to enjoy it. There should be a piece of parchment/wax paper underneath so that I could scoop up the cinnamon filling. There was an ample amount of frosting but sparse pecan topping.

Amanda was great! They had games on the table, which was genius! While she baked our cinnamon rolls fresh we played battleship!! The cinnamon rolls were warm, fresh and so tasty, and the service top notch! We will be back!

Don't bother!! They're always out of cinnamon rolls & ask you to wait 12 minutes.....AND They're absolutely the rudest people in town. Find a decent bakery instead!!

The cookies and hot chocolate were awful. Cinnamon buns were okay. Ordering something made me feel like a burden to the staff. They did not want to be there…

It was okay. Cinnamon bun frosting was just sitting out on the counter and tasted off. The bun itself was not the fresh baked gooey texture I was expecting. Definitely does retain its fresh baked texture. Banana bread was definitely perfect. Coffee was okay. I asked for some cinnamon and it was a cinnamon/sugar mix. I wish they had told me. Service was still great though.

We decided to stop by for something sweet after some shopping. Our first time here and we ordered two of their signature rolls, the Cookie Monster, Caramel Apple Pie (not pictured) and the Tropical Bliss. We expected fresh, hot cinnamon rolls, considering the wait we waited. We played about 10-15 tic-tac-toes games while we waited - they have small table games on each table for entertainment. The rolls were ready and we were ready to indulge. First bite of the Cookie Monster was good, although it was cold, it very very rich and chocolatey, and all the flavors blended nicely with the cinnamon roll. The cookie dough scope on top was good and a nice combination.
First bite of the Tropical Bliss, definitely wasn’t a big fan. It wasn’t bad but the flavors didn’t blend in with the cinnamon roll. It being cold didn’t help the flavors. My mom had the Caramel Apple Pie and she said it was amazing lol

Came here on a Friday night, and there was one guy working. He did not seem to be in much of a hurry despite a line of people, myself included, waiting to pick up food. A couple was waiting in line for almost 10 minutes before deciding to walk out; they weren't even greeted/acknowledged. Shame on management for having one employee on shift during the Friday night before Thanksgiving. Poor planning, I'd say.

Omg I love Cinnaholic. Outside of the random kids shaking their butts inside, I love this place. Friendly staff, quick service and delicious desserts. I love getting The Old Skool Cinnamon Roll. You cannot go wrong with the classic. The atmosphere is somewhat PTSD-Friendly; they play music inside the store and depending on what time you go, you may encounter kids/students/teens.

Some of the best vegan goodies on the planet. Don't think healthy, though. The stuff is loaded with sugary goodness and I love it. I go there when I want a healthier option... you know, no animal products😊. I've been going for years off and on and don't see myself stopping anytime soon unless they change their recipes, like some businesses do to cut costs.
