My 4th time at this restaurant and I will definitely return. A hidden gem in Vegas, prices, quality, and atmosphere are second to none. Celebrated my 45th bady with family was able to book reservation for 8 same day. The restaurant is huge and has plenty of seating. The happy hour meat prices cant be beat. Also one of the best old fashions I've had in Vegas

Friends and I were in Vegas for a concert and stopped here for dinner. First time for all of us. The drinks were perfection, the food was amazing and the service was top notch.

Everything was good but for the price I was hoping for exceptional. The steaks were a little underseasoned. Sides were pretty good. Ambience is very nice and the service was great. Our glasses were never empty. I recommend Cleaver.

A hidden gem we can’t wait to return to!

Cleaver completely delivered. We had the ribeye, the burrata, and the octopus each dish was rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The steak was cooked perfectly, the octopus was tender with just the right char, and the burrata was fresh and indulgent!

Service was outstanding. We had two servers taking care of us and both were warm, attentive, and accommodating. I eat gluten-free and they were on it and well educated about it… plus It felt easy, not like a burden or an afterthought.

The vibe is low-lit and sexy without trying too hard.
Would absolutely come back. Cleaver nailed it.

omg! What a surprise. Hidden back in a shopping center. We stumbled across this wonderfully delicious 😋 restaurant. My seabass melted in my mouth and the risotto had maybe three kinds of fresh mushrooms. The wedge salad my husband had was top notch with crispy thick bacon. Our grandson had a thick and creamy mac and cheese. And it was all perfectly delivered with exceptional service. We will definitely be back here

This is probably one of the worst steaks I have ever had. Served tried her best to make up for the terrible steak. Thank you for your effort. I would never recommend this restaurant for any steak. Ever.

I visti Vegas a lot. One of my favorite places to eat on my visits. Great service. I recommend the medium done steak(any cut) with the red wine glaze.

Steaks were good. Just the way we ordered, price was something else. Feels like its a bit overpriced for the food I'm receiving.
I asked for the bone marrow and I don't know how to feel about it. The blueberry sauce over took the flavor of the whole plate. Good food, place is a bit too dark.

I'm always honest about all my reviews. This place is a la cart if you don't come dressed with a suit and tie, you're gonna get put in the back room away from the rest of the people, I believe the food is overpriced i would recommend going to the outback.You get the same steak and sides are not extra cost..
And yes, i've eaten that very high end restaurants, i've traveled around the world, and I will tell you by far, this does not match up to the price.
