Overall:This is an excellent resurant with exceptional service and food. It's a little bit more expensive then a typical outting, but trust me. It's worth every penny. If you're looking for a special night out or if you're looking to treat yourself or someone else to a great meal. This should be considered a top choice.Food:Most of their menu is based around steaks. I decided to try their soup special, coconut soup with nushrooms. Also one of their specialties instead of a steak, Cherried pork chops.The soup was one of the best soups I've ever had, visually looked beautiful and the flavor of the coconut with the mushrooms reminded me of a really good thai curry.The pork chops dish was excellent and served with a scotch risotto. The dish was fantastic and the cook on the chops was perfect.Service:Service was excellent with the waiter explaining all of the specials. Anything you needed, they were there. They were also very accomidating for my large group and helped us celebrate my cousins birthday.I never had an empty glass and every Service staff member was careful to not reach over someone without asking or to knock anything over.Atmosphere:The interior of the restaurant was clean and elegant, but still casual. It was a little cold and we mentioned it to the staff. They quickly resolved this for us. The music selection is great, but it is not loud enough to distract you from talking to your table.One note: This is a large returant. It can be easy to get lost, keep that in mind if you have kids or elderly who might get lost going to and from the bathroom.Parking: Parking is difficult to find due to lack of availability. You can valet for 10$.

So this place right here you wouldn’t imagine being so amazing but not at glance looking for you’ll be like OK where is it but when you walk into that door, you’re almost like a celebrity with reservations of course. I won’t say too much 10 out of 10. ❤️??♀️
As a chef, having dinner with 3 other Corporate Chef and friends, the food was perfect! It's always a gamble when paying high dollars, but if the food is perfect.....it's all worth it. The comment we had around the table were fantastic. 5 stars all around! Thank you for my dining experience!!

We came to Cleaver prior to our U2 show at The Sphere, which we learned was walking distance from the restaurant. First impressions are a bit underwhelming because the restaurant is in the back of a strip shopping center behind an office park and you meander through looking for the entrance.We had a 6 pm reservation and were walked through the restaurant passed several rooms to a back room that was filled with tables, no booths and not much of a steak house feel. Getting past that, we were pleased to learn that many items on the menu were "happy hour" priced from 6-8, including some steaks. Wine list prices runs a bit high, but you are still in Vegas. That said, the prices are so much lower than the strip and the food is so good.We had some great cocktails, the calamari starter was delicious, chopped salad was a delight and the steaks were also on point, especially the ribeye I ate. Sides were large enough to share and I recommend the creamy garlic mashed potatoes. Service was A+ as well.Side note, bathrooms are unusually small for such a large restaurant and do yourself a favor and advocate for a good table.

The restaurant is located in a small strip plaza off the main strip, but you’d never know it once you walk inside. Skip the strip and give cleaver a shot, you’ll be happy you did.

Reserved a table prior to a concert at the Sphere. Easy walking distance (10 mins) after dinner to head over to the show. Great cocktails, engaging server, reasonable prices, and great food. Weird definitely ready here again and found it was great value for a nice meal in Vegas. Steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were perfect for sharing.

First time at Cleavers; sat at the bar. Trish was our bartender and she was SO attentive and engaging - genuinely spending time with her. We each had expertly prepared cocktails and perfectly cooked steaks. We really enjoyed watching the service bartender preparing lots of different drinks-way better entertainment than watching NBA at a sports bar! And he was super nice. All in all a really nice experience. We’ll be back, highly recommended!!
