Should have read the reviews first… Sign said CC had additional 4% fee and I had cash. Attendant rang me up and didn’t give me change because she didn’t have 55cents, so she took all of my money and I ended up paying more than the 4%. Also cheese danish wet and soggy. Do not visit

They charge you whatever they want!!! 3 small average gelatos and I got charged nonsense from a previous customer who didn’t have enough money. Even though total was off by a few cents it’s not right to do this nor not let the customer know or have their receipt ! Also extra fees added. When I requested my receipt they dis not hand me I grabbed it since it was available. The guy kept rolling his eyes when confronted about charges. He had another worker tell me they didn’t have management available to void the previous transaction because of her being out due to a family matter and that I should be glad I saved a few cents. Yikess it was never about the money if I can pay almost $7 x 3 for a small not so great gelato I can pay the difference of the few cents.

Delicious gelato with a good amount of variety. Many non-dairy options which is great for my girls. Pastries were ok, but a great place for breakfast on the go. Illy coffee so you know it's a classy place.

The poor reviews are absolutely correct. My bad for not checking them first. Crepes were the worst I've ever had. Even the drenching of Nutella couldn't cover the dull disgrace to what should be a delight. Bagel breakfast had specs of black and tasted burnt likely because of using an unclean panini press. And to top it off I spent $60 in this place and they would not give me a cup of water to take medication with. They told me I had to buy a bottle of water. Avoid this place like the plague.

I had a very disappointing experience at Cocolini. I ordered a drink that tasted absolutely terrible — it was honestly undrinkable. When I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, they refused to do anything about it. No replacement, no apology, nothing. On top of that, the customer service was awful. The staff were rude and dismissive, as if they couldn’t care less about the customer experience. The place might look nice, but the service and quality are way below expectations. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
