Good Ice cream. I would recommend people trying to drink the vanilla, caramel, and biscoff shake. So good.

Horrible experience kids working there tonight have no idea what there doing. Really lazy horrible experience.

I was here about a week ago and natalie provided me with poor customer service as well as had an attitude with me because i asked her a couple questions about the cup sizes and prices.

Hayden was the absolutely best at his customer Service from when I walked through the door the owner is definitely lucky to have him!

We arrived at the location at 8:44 and upon entry we were told that if they couldn’t get to us in line before 9 then they wouldn’t serve us. For the next 16 minutes I watched 3 employees operating in slow motion. I’ll be skipping this place moving forward and if they won’t serve people arriving 16 minutes before close then they should close earlier. There were people ahead of us in line too that didn’t get served. There were a total of 6 orders to be placed in the 16 minutes and the 3 employees could only get to two of the orders.

Today was the perfect day for ice cream. The creamy texture and additional topping flavors were throughout each spoon. My server was Randy. He was so cool and polite he was someone who actually, liked serving and scooping. His personality was so refreshing. Thank you for taking your time with me.

I ordered a chocolate devotion and specifically asked for no chocolate chips, I put it in the freezer to save it for the next day and once I opened it I saw they put chocolate chips. I’m disappointed as this is what I always get and the chocolate chips hurt my teeth so now I can’t enjoy it.

AMAZING!!!!!

Great new ice spot. We loved it. Very tasty. Very clean. The young gentleman with the red afro was awesome, very professional, friendly and helpful. All the workers seemed to be friendly and have great teamwork in helping each other. Great job. In the area and thought we'd try it. Glad we did. We will be back.

Randy and Fernanda helped me and my family choose some flavors tonight. And costumer service was TOP TIER!! they were very welcoming and patient with all of us. They also made sure we enjoyed what we got. Definitely will be visiting again and hope to be served by them again. Thank youu!!

The only white girl that’s in at closing time was really rude and tried to charge extra add ons on our ice cream.

This is by far the BEST Coldstone Creamery in Las Vegas! The store on Charleston wouldn't even try to make my incredible sundae that I've been getting for the last year!

This is horrible service. 3 people behind the counter, and only 1 person serving the customer. It took me almost 25 min to get served. Not to mention how hugh the prices are gotten.

Clean store and good ice cream but the two girls working (one blonde, one brunette with bangs) were rude and seemed to be laughing the whole time, bad customer service
