Terrible management, the owner is disrespectful and the workers are untrained.

Owner was incredibly rude and served ice cream that tasted rotten. We have been to many cold stone creamers and this one made us want to stop eating cold stone.

Don't order online the kids there don't check their screen frequently enough. Waited for 2 hors for an order. At this point its in the freezer and we're going to sleep lol thanks

I came in here for the second time trying to give it a chance. I love cold stone and used to go to the lake mead one for years before it closed. I had a milk shake a few months back that was so watery and the kids working told me "that's how they come." Then this past weekend I went in and got a love it size. The Ice Cream didn't even go over the top of the cup and it was $10!!!!!! I was kind of dumb founded and wished I would have said something. There seems to be no leadership in here. I could have bought a whole two tubs for that price. Insane. Maybe the worker thought it was funny because we both looked at each other and she almost challenged me to say something. I should have said no thanks and not paid for it but I did. This photo is right after getting into my car. By the time I got home there was nothing to scoop really I had to freeze it.

Disgusting management. Why does the owner not care who's running this horrible business? Roaches all over the place and in your toppings, horrible business this is not what you think you're getting do not at all by any means come here. Will be sending another report in to the health district, recommend you do too.

We watched as one worker (who had mentioned he was new) struggle as he handled a line alone. Another worker Nilynn, decided to prep and watch him struggle. As for the male worker he did his best and I didn’t have any issue with my food or service. The other worker looked at him while restocking half full candy bins and making chocolate cones no one ordered. Poor teamwork.

Dylan was a complete jerk to every customer because it was close to closing and he didn’t want to be there . He slopped my order together didn’t even put a lid on . I’m in shock at the disrespect he gave all of these paying customers .. he needs to be fired
