Cold Stone Creamery

Both stars are for the employee there, (Ashton is the name on my receipt) and his excellent customer service. All my gripes are with how comically-overpriced everything is, the weak portioning system, and how the flavor/quality has dropped over the years. I wanted a few of my childhood favorites for my birthday, they both disappointed (just buy Ben and Jerry's instead). However, Ashton had a great sense of humor and was honest about what flavors he thought were good and suggested me his favorite (it was the best one I tried). I actually spent more because of him😅. Give him a raise!

Terrible customer service. The females working there were polite and welcoming when we first came in, but the male employee was an absolute disappointment – extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the ice cream I ordered was completely melted by the time it was handed to me, making a huge mess. Definitely not worth the experience.

The employees cared more about welcoming in new customers than us ordering at the counter. I hated that they had ZERO high chairs. We were taking our 1 year old twins out for their very first ice cream and we had nowhere to sit them safely. Won't be back. $19 for 2 Love it ice creams

Owner was incredibly rude and served ice cream that tasted rotten. We have been to many cold stone creamers and this one made us want to stop eating cold stone.

Don't order online the kids there don't check their screen frequently enough. Waited for 2 hors for an order. At this point its in the freezer and we're going to sleep lol thanks

I came in here for the second time trying to give it a chance. I love cold stone and used to go to the lake mead one for years before it closed. I had a milk shake a few months back that was so watery and the kids working told me "that's how they come." Then this past weekend I went in and got a love it size. The Ice Cream didn't even go over the top of the cup and it was $10!!!!!! I was kind of dumb founded and wished I would have said something. There seems to be no leadership in here. I could have bought a whole two tubs for that price. Insane. Maybe the worker thought it was funny because we both looked at each other and she almost challenged me to say something. I should have said no thanks and not paid for it but I did. This photo is right after getting into my car. By the time I got home there was nothing to scoop really I had to freeze it.
