Why are you closed?

I was the last customer to enter, and the line was long. The kid behind the counter was an all-star. He was engaging in conversation with the other guests while still doing his job fast. There was about a 10 minute wait before I was able to get my order in. The worker made me feel very welcome, and it was my first visit at a cold stone. I was impressed with his professionalism and personality. He is a great employee. I will be back. The service was top-notch.

Not greeted when entered. It seems as though we were bothering the workers who were just standing there chatting. We drove almost 30 min here bc we love the shakes. We were told there was no milk and the second guy look dead at us and started laughing. He continued laughing which led me to believe it was a lie. Why are yoi laughing in my face that you guus are out of milk? There's a target in the same area and 2 gas stations on the corner, how could there be no milk? There was no sympathy and to be laughed at, was very embarrassing. I dont recommend visiting this location.

Walk in, nobody around, wait 5-10 minutes, guy comes out high out of his mind, makes the ice cream, seems chill. But damn the place is def dirty and in dire need of a deep cleaning.

This place has had more than a year long reviews of how dirty it is. How do they keep passing inspection? I can 100% tell you they don’t wash the topping bowls. *former cold stone employee ‘15) They look atrocious. They just refill them. They had half made cakes in their display case. Open with no tops. Anyone can be touching those. Their ice cream is half melted. Cold stone corporate needs to do walk in on this franchise. Totally not living up to the name. The staff was not welcoming & a bit rude.

I went in with my daughter and 4 ice creams cost me almost $40!!! The worker named Eddie was horrible and I think the stone wasn't cold enough because the ice cream was almost melted when I got them handed to me. I have been trying to call for a refund as I was a VERY dissatisfied customer but no one at the branch is answering. I'm hoping a supervisor can help me. Ugh. Would not recommend.

This place is extremely dirty and disgusting. Whomever manages it should be ashamed. When we entered there was nobody there and we had to call somebody from the back to come to the front. Only one guy was working. They were out of Golden Oreos and one of the ice creams we wanted. But what made it barely one star was the place was so filthy...I will never go there again.

The store owner needs to come in and see the way this store looks. It’s disgusting. If the owner is here regularly, they take no pride in their investment. The food quality is hit or miss depending on the day you’re there (specifically the waffle bowls). The service is what you expect from an understaffed, under managed, dirty store with mostly teenagers/young adults. Many Cold Stone Creameries are clean, quick service, and have consistent quality but not this one.

Standing in line now, looking at all the dust as I wait in line because there is only one worker scheduled at 6pm on a Sunday. Owner obviously don't care. Dissapointing, doubt I'll be back. UPDATE: Just got my $12, ice cream that didn't even fill the cup.

We weren't sure if this place was even open, as the marquee lights and open sign were off at 9pm. The small printed sign on the door said 10 so we went in. There was no one behind the counter, and if felt like an eerie beginning of an apocalypse movie. We looked at the "cold stone" and mix ins and everything was dirty, things looked thrown about, and unsanitary, fruit, sauces and some sort of mystery juice spilled. There were plastic containers that surely had been "handled" on top of the cold stone where ice cream goes. The tables all looked dirty and not wiped. The containers with mix ins were so dusty or dirty we couldn't see the actual mix ins if it wasn't for the labels. When someone appeared, a young man appeared with his eyes barely open, and he just starred at us waiting for us to speak. While my husband was deciding, I gave him a look and said nevermind. Thank you. Another young man popped out and said thank you have a good night. They were prob happy to not have to do anything. An eatery should never feel so dirty you don't want to eat anything there let alone have them make you ice cream and mix ins on a dirty unsanitary stone. The owner should take note that these kids running his shop aren't following health dept guidelines and are probably losing business based on the other reviews I read of it being dirty.

It gives me a heavy heart to leave this review. On 6/1 about 830pm I placed an order for pickup. It took me awhile to get there. When I did my order wasn't even stated. Then to make things worse they didn't have all the ingredients to make my order. Several people were ordering and were upset as well because they had nothing. And of course there was no manager around.

We noticed this store was very dirty as soon as we walked in. We did not stay to eat the ice cream there because we needed someplace more sanitary.The two employees were very nice and attentive.The ice cream did not taste very good at all. The waffle cone was also not up to par.We were very disappointed and remembered how good this place used to be the last time we visited here a few years ago.This location has not received a Best of Las Vegas mention in over 10 years according to the awards posted on their wall.That says a lot.It would have been better to go across the parking lot to Albertsons and buy our own ice cream.

Ice cream was good as always, but the young man behind the counter seemed really good at mixing the mixins. My local CSC only mixes for about 11 seconds lol.

Literally the employees committed tip fraud, I bought with my $100 visa gift card and didn't take the receipt. They took advantage of that and looks like they added the tips themselves. Unfortunately I don't have the card anymore and having no receipt so I can't do anything about it. Shady employees and very dirty seats and chairs.
