I was the last customer to enter, and the line was long. The kid behind the counter was an all-star. He was engaging in conversation with the other guests while still doing his job fast. There was about a 10 minute wait before I was able to get my order in. The worker made me feel very welcome, and it was my first visit at a cold stone. I was impressed with his professionalism and personality. He is a great employee. I will be back. The service was top-notch.
Walk in, nobody around, wait 5-10 minutes, guy comes out high out of his mind, makes the ice cream, seems chill. But damn the place is def dirty and in dire need of a deep cleaning.
We visited on Sunday April 2, 2023 they had 2 ppl in the store, only one was actually helping customers, they didn't have milk for shakes, they was hardly any ice cream for selections, they said they were out or chocolate chips, the employee working the counter was making so many excuses on why they couldn't make an order, etc We might give this location another try but honestly I'll go to 31 flavors first.
