Servers are rude and inconsiderate. The place is dirty, and the manager has no respect for disabled people. The bathroom is filthy. It's time for a visit by the health district.

I've had the privilege of experiencing Cold Stone Creamery (CSC) all over the country, dating as far back as 1999 when it opened its first Anchorage, Alaska store. From then, I've had it with my family in Rapid City, South Dakota for several years before the all-popular craze of frozen yogurt came to fruition. But even then, that didn't stop me from enjoying my CSC ice cream because the quality/flavor is unprecedented in my humble opinion. The main reason why my family and I stopped coming to CSC is due to my daughter's peanut allergies - I wasn't comfortable having her ice cream prepared on the same marble slab that just came in contact with peanut butter several seconds/minutes ago. It also became tiresome to constantly ask employees to utilize a different utensil to mix and a totally different marble slab to mix it on, only to get some annoying looks thrown at you.Fast forward in time, having lived in Las Vegas for 10+ years now, I've ventured to many different dessert shops in the city/valley. It's often difficult to stay committed to just one dessert place when there are so many options available to you. However, I am thankful for places like CSC to remain open so I can get a dose of nostalgia from time to time. Recently, my wife and I decided to visit this CSC store on 18 Feb 2024, and the experience was pretty similar to our previous experiences of this franchise. However, there was one thing that we noticed about this store (or maybe it's the entire franchise), and that's the change in operations with their "tip jar." Before, the employees would sing a short jingle whenever you tip them, but it appears they stopped that entirely...unless the workers in the store I visited don't care? I'd like to think it's the first reason. We've had so many different flavors at CSC in the past, but during our recent visit we ordered the Coffee Lovers Only and Cookie Mintster Signature Creations. In short, the flavors were so amazing and it was mixed/prepared very well. The employees on shift weren't the typical "happy and bubbly" personalities I'm used to seeing with this franchise, but then, I kind of have sympathy because we arrived close to the end of business hours. I will say that I think I'm either getting too old or parents just aren't raising their children the same anymore because it's rare that kids/teenagers use manners in our everyday lives (I'll even go on saying that adults are guilty of this as well). The female employee cleaning the tables and stacking chairs while we were in there just couldn't say things like, "Excuse me," when trying to work around us. Or saying, "Thank you," when we moved away from the area she was cleaning. I know for a fact that my daughter does not operate this way, so I don't get it. Maybe it's just a Vegas thing because I've noticed that with a lot of people in this city, ever since I moved here - but I digress.Overall, this place is still great. I don't anticipate visiting this store again anytime soon because I'm trying to maintain a healthier lifestyle. But, I will recommend this place to everyone because regardless of my life's choices, this place still serves outstanding ice cream. The prices were a shock to me at first but I got used to it after a while based on the understanding of their quality ingredients and quantity of ingredients especially in the Signature Creations. Finally, I respect how this franchise supports the active men and women of the Armed Forces to include its Veterans - thank you for that!

Tonight's visit was bad. Basically paid for love it's and received like it's. Won't be back.

It was 87 degrees in the building! That is absolutely ridiculous. You go to an ice cream shop to cool down, not stand there in 87 degrees while you wait in line! Get it together.

I was very pleased with the service at this location. There was only one person behind the counter, but she was very kind and apologetic for the wait. We had a cake batter ice cream shake and a cookie dough bowl. It wasn't too busy. I see some mixed reviews below and I know service is entirely dependent on the employees, but this time was excellent.

Ice cream is good but the stick skinny pilipino girl that acted like she hates her life made me hate being there. Compared to the other bubbly employee this girl was extremely dull and drab. You would have thought she worked in a sweatshop with the way she was sad and dismissive. Toughen up buttercup I want my ice cream to come with a smile!

The service was terrible. There was a homeless guy in the ice cream store harassing people for money. The ice cream was just ok. I won’t be back

It is may 31st Wednesday 10:11 pm I just left cold stone right before they closed for that late night pregnancy craving. In my order on the way home I pulled out practically a wad of blonde hair in my Cookie dough creation . And I saw more blonde hair in it. Mind you I ordered a small . We were the last people out so we couldn’t turn around and go back for they were locked up and wouldn’t open the door . I tried calling the store a good 5 times only to get declined or hung up on , honestly really disgusted given the fact we drove 15 minutes from the north for this as well as being pregnant and finding this in our food . We ordered a medium banana Carmel crunch small cookie dough creation and small cotton candy with mnms

Everything was just as I would expect from an Ice Cream Shop. The ice cream was good, the service was good, the price was good, the place was clean. Again, just what I'd expect.

First time to this location, and I regret I even stopping to give it a try. There were about 6 employees behind the counter to start yet, not (1) one them acknowledged the party before me or mine. We waited about 2-3 mins before I asked if anyone was avaiable to assist us. Then a young lady stated she would, another gentleman whispered to either colleague and we weren't sure who was helping us as they were shifting verbally amongst themselves, on what to do. A young man says he will help us, asked what we would like to order? I asked if they had Butter Pecan ice cream, he said NO, another employee stated they did in fact. They went back and forth about 3x about it, until the young man went into the back and found it. He stated he was sorry said. it was a seasonal item and was unsure. I asked for a Pint size mix with cheesecake ice cream and the butter pecan I had asked for prior. Another young lady asked to ring us up before our ice cream was ready for us so I paid. After we received our items drvehone, we started to eat our ice cream, no butter pecan was in mine let alone one of the toppings I had asked for was. barely in mine as well. Here's the thing, we paid $24 for (2) Pint size ICE CREAMS! I expected to get what I paid for at a minimum. The service is a huge factor you should work on as well. I was really irritated as I had not had Cold Stone in a very long time like almost a year and was looking forward to finally grabbing some. It was a birthday treat too, so I was truly dissapointed. I hope this location works on their customer service skills in entirety, especially if they want to keep customers coming in the door. At least serve your customers what they ordered. I would have had no problem repeating the order again at all.

You guys have to get in touch with online orders like Uber Eats before making substitutions. Just FYI cotton candy ice cream really isn't a substitute for marshmallow ice cream and it DOES NOT taste the same lol.For reference this was the Camp Fire Ice Cream so it has graham cracker, pie crust, fudge, etc. I'm not sure who thought cotton candy would be a good substitute but it's not. It's gross and a waste of food.I would have rather ordered something different than throw away $16 worth of ice cream lol. Vanilla would have been a much safer bet, but you should really get in touch with the customer or driver before doing stuff like that. It's just wasteful and now I have to toss it.
