Cold Stone Creamery

Had a very extremly good experience here with there new, Going Bananas specialty eith banana pudding ice cream. The very kind and pretty lady even gave me a cookie on top. Overall a very go experience and I highly recommend coming here.

Ordered the cheesecake shake but I think the girl forgot to put ice cream in it. It was just a water/fruity(sour) drink. I threw it away before I even drove off. This place sucks.

Great place for ice cream. Staff was friendly. However, not a fan of their wastefulness. Ordered 2 large tubs of ice cream, and they made the perfectly. At the end though, they made almost a pint extra of each tub, and instead of offering it as excess, they chucked it in the trash. Not a fan of that practice. I understand not giving ice cream away, but if a custom order is made and there's extra, why toss it instead of making a customers day? If that much was wasted on 1 order, I'm scared how much is wasted weekly. Figure out a measuring system for your staff.

There was a mishap with the delivery service (GrubHub). The South Durango Coldstone was VERY diligent in solving the problem with GH. They were very kind. I’ve ordered from there multiple times. Their ice cream is delicious and one of a kind. I have my own creation of course lol. I can’t get it from anywhere else especially with the special specific flavor I don’t see at other Cold Stones. Fantastic service!

Horrible service ice cream tasted rotten and we just wanted a refund. Owner was rude not willing to fix the ice cream she had out. Hope no one got sick. Buyer beware of this location and.

Don’t go here if you got gift cards they won’t accept them. Workers are chill but system is broken so if you take a gift card in there you better expect to pay full price

Good experience. New owner remodeled the place and looks much better than last time we went a while back. Staff was friendly. Good service and treats!

Brandon has exceptional customer service, a kind that you don't experience too often. We all know Cold Stone is good ice cream, but it's the customer service that makes, or breaks the experience. I would definitely come back to this location. Cold Stone should be really proud of their employees at this location.

Hours are wrong went for an ice cream cake and the doors were locked at 9:45

So I went to this store last night with my family I order 4 mini cup different flavors. The server ending giving me my 1st order in a regular cup. I told her I want mini her answer was we can't do mini in chocolate brownies flavor. then she did 3 regular cup size. I feel played paying 40 dollar. She should have told me she was charging me for different size.

This location has had a bad history when I visit for my ice cream but today I met Carlos he was AMAZING. Above and beyond, great customer service. Fun to chat with and a great attitude. You can tell he loves working with people. ????

Sunday late afternoon the 1 boy there wasn't fully trained but left alone in the store. He did what he could. The ice cream was melty. The cookie dough seemed old and the store was dark from several burnt out ceiling bulbs. Oh and
