If you like dancing this is the place, drinks were ok and price wasn't bad. I wish the rooftop was open the last time I went.

So they advertise they have this cool hidden speakeasy bar. I was in the area so I thought I would check it out. I went in and in the main bar area there were only 2 customers in the whole place. I found the “secret door” it and it had a keypad. I asked the bartender if we could go down. She asked if I had a reservation. I didn’t. I asked if we could go down and just see it. Again she said no. She was rude and unhelpful. Rather than tell us a way to make reservations or give us any sort of guidance she just stared at us until we left. Don’t bother showing up to this place unless you plan well ahead. I won’t be back.

Go anywhere else on Fremont - I spent $80 and they wouldn’t give me a glass of water after happy hour - even though the bartender was free and it would take two seconds (they had poured me a water earlier). They told me it was bottled water only, when I accepted they charged me $8 a bottle.

I was in Las Vegas looking for a low-key bar and Commonwealth seemingly appeared out of thin air. Solid old fashioned, but what made this place rank so high was the 90s-2000s Hip Hop playlist. O.C. "Time's Up" came on, and that just made my night.

Had great views the music was good the drinks were okay the entrance was a little expensive but it was hot in the building and out of the building but it had a breeze outside so we pretty much stayed on the balcony the attached pics are my view that night on the balcony.

They had an awesome dj who did a great set. However, one of the bartenders was so rude. We had bought multiple rounds of drinks and when a friend asked for a cup of water, he refused. That’s crazy. Make it make sense. Imagine someone feeling sick and he wouldn’t even give a cup of water. Otherwise, this place was great.

Website advertised happy hour on 6/15. Get there and dude at the door was clueless. He said he'd honor one happy hour drink and said we couldn't get in because our sandals didn't have straps in the back (my friend had Tory Burch sandals and I had Chloe sandals) . What? Honestly, I've never had a problem bringing people here until now. Terrible! We had a good time regardless elsewhere. Too many to compete with on Fremont. Shame on you. I'll never suggest this place to my out of town people again.

We just recently had our wedding reception at the Commonwealth, and to say it was anything less than amazing would be the understatement of the century. If you're looking for a fun but equally unique venue and are on the fence about the Commonwealth, JUST DO IT! We booked the venue sight unseen, as we were planning the wedding from Florida, and it lived up to all of our expectations and more. It was absolutely perfect for our 60 person party, from the rooftop happy hour to the DJ and everything in between. The catering was delicious, and the DJ was perfect!! Rhonda & Shaun were absolutely perfect to work with and so easy to communicate with - we couldn't have done it without them!!!
10000000/10 would recommend this as a venue to anyone!
