Ordered cookies thru door dash and the dasher delivered to the wrong house, no where near mine, even after calling me and having me help her with directions. I called Cookie Friday and spoke with Piper. I let her know what happened and said if it’s not possible, I get it 100% but was wondering if our order could be remade and we’d come pick up as we are literally across the street from their location. She said absolutely no problem. I was blown away from her customer service....
Such yummy cookies, consistently delicious and made with care. They offer gluten-free and non-icing options which is nice. They also offer smaller cookies for catering, which I’ll be doing for my daughter’s next birthday. My daughter always wants to stop by and get one (or two!) whenever we go to the area. Highly recommend!
