Cookies by Design

When looking for a gift for my good friends 90th birthday. Cookies By Design has always been a go to for however, I live in Las Vegas and my friend is in an assisted living complex in the greater Phoenix area. Unable to locate a Cookies by Design franchise on line in Arizona I contacted Mark, proprietor of the of the Las Vegas franchise.
With only five days to fulfill the task Mark assured me there would be no issues as he would create the arrangement and ship the finished product to my friend in Arizona.
Kudos to Mark! Everything came off without a hitch! I highly recommend Cookies By Demand, Las Vegas for the novel gift for anyone.

Fabulous cookie experience! We ordered wedding bells for a 50th wedding anniversary/vow renewal from out of state. The whole process of ordering to payment to delivery was seamless. Great communication with the delivery person and the cookies arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and safe at the Bell Desk of our hotel. 10/10 would recommend. I wish we had this business back home. I would order from them all the time!

I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my best friend who was staying at one of the hotels on the strip. It was a same day order and it was delivered with great timing. The delivery person even confirmed with me by text when it was delivered and went above and beyond with providing details! My friend love it and it turned out beautifully!

Mark made these incredible stampin up cookies for my friends celebration in St George. You ring a doorbell to get in. Don't worry he is just in the back room.Nice guy. Great work. I'll order again

To their delivery person Paul ensuring the delivery was complete even when I provided the wrong address! At no point did he seem annoyed at my mistake and offered to take it to the correct location!
