To their delivery person Paul ensuring the delivery was complete even when I provided the wrong address! At no point did he seem annoyed at my mistake and offered to take it to the correct location! Really with them?I ordered a basket for someone to thank her for a referral she’d given me & received a confirmation email of the order and about 9 or more spam emails.The spam emails were not their fault at this location, I think it’s just corporate because this is a franchise.I was able after several attempts to get the spam to stop but could get no info on the delivery status.They didn’t answer the phones so I left a message two days ago which they never returned. I’ve no idea if the cookie basket was received and I wouldn’t recommend them. If you do order give an email address you don’t mind getting spam at and if it’s for someone you don’t know well enough I’d use another company that will let you know if yourorder was ever delivered
I ordered a get-well basket in the morning, and it was successfully delivered in the mid-afternoon. The recipient is on the mend, and they are enjoying the delicious goodies.

He called me to let me know they were delivered and the name of the person he left them with at the hotel. He also let me know I could contact him if I had any problems or questions.
