my friend and i got to the place at 2:20am because we were hungry and wanted to try something new. we searched this place up on google maps, and their hours are listed open til 6am. great. we get there and visibly the open sign is still on. saw there was a couple of cars there. we assumed with all these signs that the place is definitely open for business. however, a staff member wearing glasses came out. didn’t utter a word until i got to my trunk to get my wallet, like literally took me a full minute to look and this guy just stared at me. he then proceeded to say we cannot come in to eat. we assumed that maybe they are closing early, so we left. however, i see him adjusting chairs (NOT putting them up). the door wasn’t locked, the open sign was still lit. so what gives? if they were closing early, they should’ve immediately turned off the open sign at least and closed the door. im not sure the exact reason as to why this happened, but it seems that the person who interacted with us didn’t want us to come in so he didn’t have to work. this is just my guess. if they intended to have us not come in for the sake of not working, then i am to assume their customer service may not be on par. seeing the other reviews has also led me to think this place is just poorly ran with lackluster food
Cool Bar is hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants in Vegas! We had an amazing dinner with Cold Chili Chicken, Braised Tofu Tower, Sweet and Sour Crispy Pork, and Wonton Soup — everything was delicious and full of authentic flavors.
Great service, relaxing atmosphere, and open 24 hours. We’ll definitely be back again and again!

Absolutely loved my meal at Cool Bar! The food was authentic, flavorful, and freshly made. We ordered the spicy stir-fried pork, garlic sautéed greens, wonton soup, and grilled lamb skewers — every dish was delicious and well-seasoned. The rice had that perfect crispy layer too!

Absolutely loved my visit to Cool Bar! The food was incredible – the grilled lamb chops were juicy and full of flavor. The honey walnut shrimp was creamy and delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the shredded potato stir-fry was crisp and refreshing with a nice little kick.
The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. I also love that they’re open 24/7 – perfect for late-night cravings. Will definitely be back to try more dishes. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Las Vegas Chinatown!

I had an amazing meal at Cool Bar Restaurant! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The lobster noodle was the star of the show — super fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The mapo tofu was rich and spicy just the way I like it, and the stir-fried beef with jalapeños had just the right amount of heat and tenderness. We also enjoyed crispy fries, a comforting soup, and a few other side dishes that were equally satisfying. Had an amazing dinner with friends at cool bar and it truly made our day! We ordered the cucumber salad, spicy fried chicken , grilled oysters, double pepper boiled fish and some Northeastern-style dumplings — every single dish was fantastic.
It’s been such a long time since I had dumplings that tasted this close to home. The boiled fish was super flavorful and just the right level of spicy — if you like bold flavors, you’ll love it. The grilled skewers were also perfectly seasoned and cooked.
Best part,They’re now open 24 hours! Finally, a go-to late-night spot in Vegas where we can always find delicious, authentic Chinese food. Highly recommend!

Terrible! They said on the phone that we could eat there, but when we arrived, they told us there were too many people and we couldn't be served. The whole process took no more than five minutes.

I was really disappointed with my order for this place, first and last for me. I order from here due to being open 24/7, I order total of four meal. Saw the price and thought ok maybe the portions are big. When I arrive to pick up my order I saw four small bowls, I was like that better not be my order because it came out $115. Sure enough that was my order, I open it up not a lot of food in it smh. I was really upset with this, NEVER AGAIN!!! I’m
Confuse because I saw the reviews a lot of people are saying this place is the best, also saw other people complaining about the same thing I’m writing here. For me, I’m not ordering from here anymore.
