Cote in Las Vegas feels like the New York original with a glitzier spin. Same craft, same discipline, but with that unmistakable Vegas flair layered on top. It was my first time at this location, second overall (NYC), and the vibe hits differently in the best way. The Caesar salad, with that sneaky bit of ssamjang in the dressing, was one of those small twists that makes you rethink a dish you thought you knew. The meal kicked off with a cup of hot bone broth that was so comforting and rich we ended up asking for another halfway through. We went with the butcher’s feast again and every cut was cooked perfectly by the staff. Somehow it didn’t feel like we ate a ton, yet we walked out absolutely stuffed and completely satisfied. Next time, though, I think we’ll wander the a la carte side of the menu and see what else Cote Steakhouse has up its sleeve.

This is a must visit in Vegas. The service was outstanding. The prices are superb. The meat selection and quality is too tier. They do all the cooking and searing for you table-side and all you have to do is enjoy! Only slight criticism is that on a Saturday the DJ is a little overkill for a dinner party conversation.

My husband and I dined there last night for the first time and ordered the Butchers Feast. Not only was the food fantastic, but the service, from start to finish, was exceptional. Our server Joey made our meal an experience that we look forward to repeating when we visit Vegas again. Bravo!!
So this restaurant has a very interesting concept. It almost feels like stadium seating when you finally get your seat it is multiple tears from top to bottom but pretty cool and still seems yet private. The service was tiptop, and when I mean, the service was excellent it needs that they were beyond expectation. We were given multiple food choices and we spent almost $600 on the two of us and had a great dinner experience and that is not counting the hundred dollars spent at the bar… that really was my only complaint is I had a 9 o’clock reservation so they brought me to the bar at 9 o’clock and they have no chairs and no stools so you literally stand… until they call you to your seat. After 35 min standing, this intro becomes less and less appealing… but this is the set up and for the most part it was wonderful experience. We had heard that the chef was Michelin rated and the many of the servers had gone to a different hotel where we generally stay that were wonderful employees and we wanted to give it a shot. I would advise anyone to give it a try. It was a great experience for us other than the sore feet at the bar… my partner in high heels was a good sport!!!!

From the moment we walked in, everything changed. The tall, gorgeous lady manager at the front showed us the most generous, warm, and genuine hospitality I have ever experienced. Her demeanor, grace, and kindness instantly lifted our spirits and brought smiles to both our faces. That kind of welcome is rare and unforgettable.
While waiting for our table, we were invited to the bar and offered mocktails from a very sweet young lady, which was such a thoughtful and classy touch after such a long day.
Our server was equally wonderful — he took his time explaining the menu options in detail, patiently and kindly (especially appreciated since my brain was a little fried after the day we’d had 🤪). Never rushed, never dismissive — just excellent service.
The ambience was incredible: stylish, vibrant, with a live DJ that elevated the entire experience without overpowering conversation. And the food? Absolutely to die for. Exceptional quality, generous portions, and very reasonable prices for what you get.

The experience came with what seemed like an additional level of service, with staff consistently at our table to attend to our grill. The wine selection was well curated and reasonably priced.
