After standing outside the truck while one person was sitting on the phone ignoring us.... and the lady in the truck never addressed us for over 10 mins... Then finally we were helped & we ordered.. Unfortunately this was the most disgusting meal we ever couldn't eat. We spent a ridiculous amount of money for the lack of food. Not to mention the lobster was dried up nasty & so chewy it had to be spit out. Just look at the pictures you'll see how dried up & shriveled the lobster was. This was so very very disappointing. They advertised how spectacular their food is with the backing of the TV show Shark Tank... but what a joke. $150 bucks that went directly in the trash. The lobster grilled cheese... vomit between 2 peices of bread. I was always taught if your seafood smells that strongly something is definitely off!... Unfortunately we couldn't even eat the moon pies. Those were so off-putting & tasted like straight chemicals again... straight in the garbage. Do not waste your money! This was the worst food & experience of all time.
After paying over $25 for tiny Tacos, I couldn't find large lobster pieces, only lobster scraps. Not worth the price.
$82 for 3 taco meals and 1 bisque cup seems significantly overpriced, especially since the food was even cold. 😕 I honestly believe it's not worth the cost. You might want to reconsider your pricing strategy or find ways to improve portion sizes. Losing a customer over high prices and small portions isn't a smart move
Not going to pay $24 for a food truck sandwich.
Twice in a month they were no-show at Green Valley & Mtn Vista Smiths (11:30 and 12:30). The one time I had the lobster roll it was expensive but delicious. But can't make plans around their schedule.
What a rip off! I know how much lobster comes on a Maine lobster roll! He tried to tell me it's 3.2 lobsters. He meant 3.2 ounces. I weighed it on my very accurate kitchen scale and it wasn't even that much. It was 3.1 Oz. It came to 3.2 with the lemon wedge! Over $7.00 an ounce. Never again. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because of the new England style hot dog roll.
I had the shrimp tacos. They were the tiny shrimp. They were so over cooked They were like chewing leather. The tortilla was fresh the cabbage was fresh and crunchy. I love the sauce. But 17.00 fir tortilla and sauce is over priced. The shrimp tasted like they were deep fried to long. Fir my first time eating their food. I'm turned off. It's sad cause I was so excited.
Last night [Tuesday, November 26, 2024] was the first time that I’d had to throw away the lobster tacos because there was a long strand of hair in the tacos. Lost my appetite. I was so looking forward to eating it too. So disappointing.
I ordered lobster tacos today, looked nothing like the picture and came with no cabbage. Talk about disappointing.
I ordered a lobster roll today and I had to leave early from work due to food poisoning. Beware!!!
Never again. For $20 I had a tons of tots with 3 little pieces of lobster meat. Super expensive and not properly served. Their now competition Angie’s Maine Lobster 🦞 gives you doble the meat for half the price. I super regret giving them the opportunity. I should’ve gone to the other place instead. I hope this is a wake up call for them since I may give them a 2nd chance. If I am not satisfied: they will deal with 1 potato tot for google review, yelp review etc. abc, nbc, cbs, xyz and shark tank forgot to mentioned that the truck is a lobster scam. $130+ with 18% included for a ripoff.
pitfully small lobster. I think the workers are taking some lobster off the top cause it looked a lot smaller than some pics. Go to Angie's Lobster.
Not worth the price especially for the size, they came to Aliante in Las Vegas and I was extremely disappointed on the size. Next time I’ll go to Angie’s Lobster on Blue Diamond for a lobster roll with fries and a drink for $12-$13
I've been wanting to try this place for a while, finally they made their round back to the smith's in Henderson. I got the lobster tail with tots, I was soooo disappointed that the lobster had absolutely NO FLAVORS! They could've at least at least add some seasoning on the lobster. Better off just going in the store and buy a lobster tail for $6 and make it yourself at home!!!
First time interaction NEGATIVE, went grocery shopping . Got done saw the truck walked over an asked for a menu to look at. Instantly told by the guy we open at 11am pointing hard at his phone . That wasn’t my question I even said Goodmorning nothing but words of we open at 11 . I didn’t ask what time you open I asked for a menu….. I could have came back a spent my 150 but instead I walked over a spent it with the bbq truck guy in the plaza which I’m sure the food is great at the lobster truck but first impressions are everything to me cuz if you have negative juju it’s goes into the food that you cook an I’m okay with out eating their negative juju food . Thanks but no thanks I don’t even eat seafood a was willing to go all out on cash to try but nah I’m totally forever good with out Cousin Lobster .
