I went to Starbucks had a really long line so I gave this place a shot the worst idea I don't understand who does the tasting on the food it was horrible literally had no taste it felt like if I was eating cardboard to top it all off it was really cold super expensive I think next time I'll rough it out in the long line at Starbucks..

I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. We got my wife's fancy coffee drinks here every day for five days and they were perfect (so she says, I do not drink that sort of stuff). Staff was friendly and helpful. Also, this is on the second floor and there was never a line. Directly beneath it was a Starbucks which always had 30 people waiting in line for perhaps the same items CR Creāt has. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered the vegan burrito and they gave me a meat one. Wouldn’t own up to it. Tried to tell me it definitely vegan. It was not I work in the area and have had the vegan burrito multiple times. The issue was I was at work when I bit into it and realized it was meat and couldn’t go back. They did nothing for me. No refund or exchange. Not even an apology. And everything is over priced even the coffee

I came to buy fruit at a place called CR creat There was a woman named Lii (she said she is the manager) standing at the checkout, I asked her if there is any fruit and she said no and that this is the only things they have. I work in one of the stores in the Grand Canal. After 10 minutes I passed by the place and saw that they had brought fruit. I took a fruit bowl and went to the cash register to pay and told that woman that she should be honest with her customers and say that she doesn't know if there will be fruit and not just say things. She got angry, left the position came out to me and said shes not ready to serve me, grabbed the bowl of fruit from my hand and kicked me out of the store. What right does she have to decide for me whether to buy or not? And by what right and for what will she evict me from the place? For giving her an honest review? Such a woman should not work in customer service or in front of people. She has high temperature, rude, aggressive and also snatched the fruit bowl from my hand even though I wanted to pay. Too sad that on such beautiful high end hotel with nice atmosphere , suddenly bad behavior, Disgraceful attitude like neighborhood. I will never buy there again.

Open nice and early for coffee and granola. Cheaper than many places around and has some healthier alternatives.
I stopped in for a smoothie and a coffee. Was a little disappointed to learn that all the smoothies come pre packaged so they could not substitute or add anything to the end offerings. I ended up with a decent smoothie that wasn't really what I wanted. The coffee tasted like water and I ended up having to get another cup elsewhere. Overall, if you like the smoothie options on the menu, it's a convenient spot to pick up a quick fresh drink, but not the best smoothie I found at the Venetian/Palazzo.
