The price was high.. we tried it and the shrimp was over cooked and chewy. Asked and paid more for shrimp to be peeled and they were
Not fully peeled. Fries were reheated and chewy. Flavor was not even close Overall the food does not measure up at all. Very disappointed. Will not go back..

Customer service is horrible went there last night to get food and the waiters and managers were very disrespectful. Charge my card make my food and then refuse my food after I had to correct their waiter for talking very disrespectful because she assumed I wasn’t going to eat at the establishment once talking with the manager. She continue to be very mouthy and once I started to address the issue, they made me out to be the problem told me that they handled their employees, but they are now refusing my food after they charge my card. I was on Instagram live when this took place so I definitely gave Then a bad review on Instagram I would never recommend anyone to eat at the lake meat location ever I’m currently looking online to reach out to corporate office because the treatment I received yesterday was unacceptable. I will never spend another dollar at this location on Lake Mead.

Went here with my girlfriend and her cousins and the experience was mediocre at best. There was a 30 minute + wait (mostly because the venue is small) but they also seemed to be quite understaffed. Our poor waitress was trying her best to keep up but continued to miss or never get to several requests and was hard to track down for refills. The food wasn’t the best, the fried haddock had a breading similar to Long John’s silver, and we sent it back, the crab fries were DELICIOUS though heavily seasoned and the beignets were 9/10! The crab boil was mid… We got the crab spice sauce spicy and it was a solid 4/10 in flavor but the lobster tail was good. All in all I wouldn’t recommend it to seafood lovers, but I wouldn’t say I’d NEVER go back. The crab fries and beignets were good enough to come back for

To start, the food is really good! However, the service is mediocre and somewhat cold. No one there seemed like they enjoyed their job. I mean, I get it, it’s work, but no one smiled or had any energy and our server checked in on us once and then we had to ask a different server for another order that took quite a bit of time to come out. They add an 18% gratuity automatically for parties of 5 and over and then ask for another tip at the end when there was really nothing special about the service. Anyway, my daughter picked this place because she saw it on YouTube, so we obliged. It’s pricey, but the food was good, probably wouldn’t come back.

From the amazing, filled with flavor seafood, my awesome waitress Teresa , the great music and atmosphere, I must say I felt like I was back home in Louisiana. This place of business needs an award, Treat yourself don’t cheat yourself.

Don't let them fool ya!! Went in December 3,2024, party of 11. 7 out of the 11 got the all you can eat 1 got the caption boil or whatever. All 8 of us got different flavors. Every last flavor was NASTY. OH LETS NOT FORGET THE ALL YOU CAN EAT so they give you a big nice full of meat snow crab cluster but when you ask for that second cluster it's broke up and small legs not a full cluster and hardly any meat. Oh, oh, let's not forget the scallops so small. I thought they were corn kernels. When I say GO AT YOU OWN RISK ITS A BIG RISK.

My family and I recently dined at Crab N Spice, and it was a complete disappointment and waste of money. There were four of us, and we opted for the ‘all-you-can-eat’ options, including lobster, snow crab, and king crab. Unfortunately, none of it lived up to expectations.
We tried every sauce offered, hoping to find something flavorful, but they were completely unseasoned and lacked taste. Even the butter had a burnt smell, making it unpleasant. The shrimp options were disappointing as well. We chose the no-head, no-shell option, as recommended to avoid sogginess, but the shrimp that arrived were extremely small.
The snow crab was decent, but the king crab and lobster were the biggest letdowns. The lobster tasted sour, lacked sweetness, and even had baby eggs in the tail. The king crab legs were shockingly small—smaller than the snow crab legs—and definitely not worth the additional $35 charge.
The pricing felt excessive, with the all-you-can-eat lobster, snow crab, and king crab each costing extra ($35 for king crab, $18 for snow crab, $25 for lobster). Despite the high price, the quality of the food was unacceptable.
While our waitress was nice, she was overwhelmed and frequently forgot items. When I addressed the issue of the small crab legs with the manager, he gave multiple excuses but no real resolution. I showed him photos of the king crab and lobster and informed him that while I would pay for the meal, I would never return.
This was a truly disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this restaurant.”
