Most amazing chai tea here. Great food. Great service. Easy to find in the Food Hall inside Fremont hotel. Good pancakes. Highly recommend.

A rare 5-star for a food court spot — and totally deserved.
While walking down Fremont Street with my family, we wandered into the Fremont Hotel looking for a quick bite. I expected average food court options… but the hotel and food hall were shockingly clean — like something you’d find in a high-end Beverly Hills mall.
Right at the entrance was Craft Kitchen, and the menu instantly caught my eye: comfort food classics + Hawaiian-inspired dishes (these tugged at my island roots immediately).
I tried the Hawaiian Garlic Chicken Bowl, my wife ordered the avo toast, and my daughter went for the garlic fries.
Everything looked artisan-level — not “food court food.” This was Fast & Furious-level souped-up comfort food, beautifully plated and absolutely delicious.
Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and I left both impressed and a little sad I couldn’t try more.
So glad I stumbled into this place.
Craft Kitchen is now my new favorite affordable off-Strip dining option. Highly recommend.

I ate:
Philly Cheesesteak: Fairly decent, overall tasty. Could’ve used hot peppers. 7/10.
Breakfast Burrito (not smothered): it was pretty big. Nothing super special about it, but it definitely hit the spot. 7/10.
Chai latte: delicious. 10/10.
Staff is friendly, food speed is decent for a food court. No real vibes, it’s a food court.

Perhaps I have COVID and lost my sense of taste but this burrito wins the prize of 'the worst good ive ever eaten'. Its basically 2 pounds of bland potatoes on a thick with a dash of protein and rice with no taste

Horrendous ! The avocado toast was so bad I tossed it out ! Fake guac on a tiny piece of crap toast with an over cooked egg , not poached as advertised. Save your $15.00 !!!

Quality ingredients, courteous service from a smiling worker. The parfait is notably organic low sugar with a fresh fruit compote (thank you!) and the “ube” bread pudding is divine - I looked up UBE and it’s a purple sweet potato giving the purple color to the lightly sweetened bread. You gotta try it!

Coffee was burnt, avocado toast ($15) had an uncooked egg (see picture) with toast that was stale and hard as a rock (prior to toasting). Threw out food as I didn’t feel it was safe to eat. Cashier is flat out scary looking. Go to Dunkin literally across from it.
