Came here for the first time tonight and got the Crave pack, choice of 4 cookies. (3 chocolate chip and 1 KitKat) The chocolate chip cookies were decent but the Kit Kat cookie was Rock Hard.

So good! We had the cookie monster, cookies and cream, Biscoff, and chocolate chip. All 4 cookies were excellent! Definitely will be back.

The girl working was very unfriendly and was clearly new and should not have been working by herself. When she didn’t know how to ring up the order, the man who came to help was also rude and seemed bothered that he had to help. Our order was not rung up correctly and the attitude I got was horrible. The drinks and cookies are great but the last few times we have come in, the service was awful. They better look into this or they are going to have a hard time keeping customers with so many similar competitors near by.

None cookie stuff: ordered from their website however two of the 4 cookies we ordered were not available. Disappointed since those were the two we were looking forward to. Also their system was down so had to pull a receipt, though not an issue on my end, just seems unprepared
Now the cookies are ok, the chocolate chip is good and thick, not the best but good. The milk and cookies are bland, took half a cookie and gave up the rest
Overall i rate this at the bottom of current cookies offerings. Cookie plug is better though the constant drug references are annoying. Crumble chocolate chip is still king even though they have questionable business practices. May give it another shot but rough first impression

These cookies are always good! Every week they have different options so you can check flavors on their website. My Ultimate favorites are the TWIX cookies, cinnamon roll cookie, chocolate silk pie cold cookie and Biscoff explosion. Way better than any competitor.

Way better than crumbl cookie. Not as heavy, softer, an less sweet. Can actually eat a full one an not feel sick.

CRAVE COOKIE ?!!!!! Is my absolute favorite place to go when I’m having a sweet craving and Sadie ♥️♥️♥️ is the best I just love our chats as we pick my cookie for the day out. This is my favorite place to be. And the taste, the choices are phenomenal!!!
