Left frustrated. First and last time we go here. The website says they close at 11pm (we got here at 9:45pm). After searching and paying for parking, we go in the shop and the girl says she’s closing so we can only do scoops. We asked for a banana split because IT IS SCOOPS and she said no cause ‘it has a lot of things on it’. So according to her, she has 15 min left on her shift and she can’t put scoops on a banana??? If I would have known that the times online are not correct I would have never taken my time to pay for parking just to be told I can’t order what we went there for. I understand if it was a milkshake since you have to wash the equipment, but really a banana split? For this being a small business I’m disappointed

I have no respect for a business that closes much earlier than posted hours. I drove to the arts district tonight specifically to get ice cream at this location as they are open until 11pm on Friday night. I found parking and arrived on foot just after 10:15pm. The door was locked and there were three employees working inside. As I waited for a moment at the door, they shut the lights off inside. No note on the door as to any reason why they closed early. Plenty of walking traffic as the weather is nice this evening for late December. This is a disappointment and obviously bad for business. I have enjoyed ice cream here numerous times before, but for the inconsideration of my time effort to come here, I will choose other locations and avoid coming here in the future.

A very small ice cream shop located in downtown Las Vegas near or in the Art District. What does that tell you, the prices are much higher here than in other parts of Las Vegas. Next, there is no free parking down here so remember you will need to “feed the meter” if you wish to stop for ice cream. You might want to consider having a bite first at the many restaurants close by and stopping here for dessert. The shop itself is well designed with a jukebox, several high tables with chairs, which transport you back to another time in the past. When it comes to options on flavors of ice cream and toppings, this location has more than enough to satisfy most anybody’s needs. As for the flavor, the ice cream is alright but not something to make you want to come back often – it was okay. I should note, none of us tried any of their homemade flavored ice cream and maybe we need to do that the next time we are here. As for the prices, well again I say, it is downtown in a trendy area so expect to pay a little more. However, the biggest issue I would have with this store is how small the portion sizes are for the price you pay. In addition, we would not recommend the donuts, you get six very small brown sugar donuts that are not very tasty, are dry and way overpriced. And the donuts do not even come close to freshly made donuts like the cider donuts you can get out at Gilcrest Orchards. Still, this is not a bad place to stop by when in the area and the employees here are very nice and patient with their customers.

Stopped in to ask if they had low sugar ice cream in the gentleman says " I really couldn't tell you"... ? But says "we have non-dairy ice cream".
So I'm looking around and again I say " so you don't have sugar-free ice cream?"
And he answers. " I don't believe so"
Two recommendations: Know what you're selling, and it would be great if you could offer a sugar-free or low sugar option.

Came here after I got a tattoo. Was pleasantly surprised by the prices and how affordable it was. Got a scoop of the Ube Macapuno. Was so delicious! Kids got honey lavender and the dole whip. Everything was so tasty it left me wanting more. Such a great treat to cool off
