Hello! I came from out of state, with my niece, who was sooo excited to try this place! Unfortunately, the customer service we received from Soliana was absolutely horrible and very inconsiderate. My niece has a broken arm and to cheer her up while recovering, she wanted to try this place. It was not busy at all. However, the cashier was so rude. Took the order so impatiently, while SITTING DOWN, and she was no help at all to us. They were out of a lot of the cotton candy flavor options which is fine but instead of her telling us what was available, she kept saying they dont have that one (that one being the many we kept choosing from and having to change it from the list) and we ultimately got a random flavor. And then after I paid, she made the rudeness, most attitude-filled face and even my niece saw it. I called her out on it and she whispered something. To which I told her i also work in fast food/customer service and her customer service skills were absolutely horrible. The attitude was absolutely not necessary and truly disappointing!

This is such a fun place with a fun twist on ice cream! Definitely a highlight for all of us- we got 2 ice cream tacos and 2 cotton candy cones, all were delicious and staff was very friendly

We were here 4 years ago to visit my brother and so looking forward to this after our long drive from Utah. As expected , the ice cream burrito was phenomenal and my wife, kids and I loved every bite -seriously as good as any treat we’ve ever had (& my wife is a serious baker ) . However, the service definitely left something to be desired. The check out girl seemed annoyed we didn’t understand how it all works (not everyday you order an ice cream covered in cottony candy. Also the other guy at the counter seemed totally indifferent when I asked for an extra spoon after a several minute wait , but thankfully was able to snag some before we all devoured it. At least for our visit tonight from around 7:30p-8p, a case study of phenomenal product almost overshadowed slightly with some bittersweet due to unkind service.

Creamberry was awesome. I love the vibe. The staff was amazing and we put together all kinds of great and really delicious treats. Anything you can think of dessert wise this is the place to go if you’re in the area. Especially if you have a sweet tooth like me.

I went in 20 minutes before closing and there was only one 16 year old looking girl there. She said she couldn't get me anything on the menu except scooped ice cream because she'd already closed everything up. I have 3 young kids and we drove 20 minutes to get there. So frustrating.

YUM! Been here with my family & Kids. Yelba surprised us with an absolutely delicious menu of Creamberry Burrito, Puff Waffle and Peanut Butter n' Fudge Roll. To be honest: I expected it to be too sweet - but this is absolutely delicious. Best peanut butter ice cream of my life and the girls really loved the experience. Prices are fantastic for Vegas - an absolute family recommendation 🫶
