Tasty and they accommodated a large party without breaking a sweat!

Great pub with great food. The chicken tenders are homemade and cannot be beaten. The hamburgers are top-notch and please do not skip the chicken curry. It is delicious for a different take on it try it over fries. Nice smaller place.

Poor server was by herself. She did her best but over all this place as fallen a few pegs since I last visited. Food was just okay.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. This is a bar. Leave them at home or choose a more appropriate place to bring your young kids.

This pub was amazing. They have pool, good drinks, and great company in the pub.The billiards area is pretty secluded and makes for a great place to bring friends. The food though…. That’s fish sandwich, is unreal!Definitely recommend at 4.2/5Parking: Easy to park.

We were all looking forward to coming here, I found it on the way to Vegas because it was dog friendly. Unfortunately, it was so windy, I had to eat a to-go meal in the car, whilst my party of 5 ate inside. My food was okay. 2 of my family members didn't enjoy theirs at all. One had fish and chips, and the fish wasn't cooked all the way through, so she could barely eat any. It was also cold and no flavor. The kids all had grilled cheese, which they actually enjoyed. Another member of the party, who is actually British, ordered the English breakfast. Sausage had no flavor, no seasoning on the mushrooms, the bacon was more like Canadian bacon, and the toast wasn't even all the way toasted and cold. I ordered cottage pie to eat in the car, and at least my food was warm and cooked. Mashed potatoes were good, meat needed salt and pepper, which I couldn't get. Salad was nice. I usually don't ever do negative reviews, but after spending over 100 dollars, I felt I needed to. They did say the server was great, although she forgot the drinks till halfway thru the meal. The place wasn't busy, but in fairness to her, they said she seemed like the only one, and I understand that gets crazy. I asked if they said anything, to give the restaurant a chance to make it right, and they didn't because I was waiting out in the car. Perhaps we will give them another chance next time we're visiting our friends in Vegas, but maybe not bring everyone.

So I recently found out the food is horrible at this place. I recently found out there's this old Mexican cook I used to work with about 20yrs ago named Raymundo. He is a terrible dirty cook. I worked with him at PF changs and they fired him for being so bad almost as soon as he started. When I found out he worked here first thought was, "shows what these people know about the kitchen".. Then I saw and tried a dish, and I will never eat here again. The guy's been working here for over 15 years and he still cooks like he looks. One day someone's going to discover Raymundo is making people really sick at this spot.

This used to be a great place to hang out, have some good beers and eat British food. The beers are still good but the food not so much. Chips were half cooked—-considering that they were thick that’s not a good thing. Nothing British about the “British bacon” as mine was more like a homemade sausage patty that tasted somewhat like chicken and somewhat like roadkill. Saving grace is the excellent service from Christy the daytime bartender.

I crave a proper Sunday Rituals. Roast beef or lamb, a good mint sauce, roasted potatoes, yorkshire pudding and English peas and, for dessert, custard. I found the answer to my craving here at the Crown and Anchor. It's a very cool, laid back pub with several screens for sports, video poker, great weekday specials and a traditional English menu. Looking for bangers and mash? You will find them here. Fish and chips? Ditto. Our waitress, Savanah, was spot on with the beer list and recommendations. Great overall experience. ?
