Got new pineapple cookie, it was truly awful

Super awesome cookies and great service.

No matter when you order the order always takes 20 minutes to get your cookies. There is 15 employees behind the counter just chillin and having a good ol time while the store is packed with people waiting. They are great at greeting and they are nice but they can’t ever get you an order with in a reasonable amount of time.

It seemed to be good to be true. Night shift doesn't seem to really care and very disappointing on service. I went in an asked if my order was ready and they had me waiting very long time. Also they told me 4 more minutes, and when I asked again she just gave me an actitud.

This place is the worst run store in the world.

My Mother-in-law ordered us cookies for Valentine's Day, had a 2pm pickup, we arrive approx 4pm and were told they are still working on it. About 30 minutes later we got tired of watching customers come in to pick up their cookies, when we asked again about our order they had no idea who we were, no record of our order. Why couldn't you have said that in the first place rather than lying about it just to get us out of your hair for the moment? The place stunk, filthy dirty, everyone there looks and acts miserable. You seem to have a good reputation Crumbl, DO BETTER! You don't deserve the 1 star I was forced to give you. And clean your filthy restaurant, your floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the last rain! Thanks for wasting our time.

Always so slow and they’re fully staffed. I have gone to this location 4 times and all times I’ve gone have waited for 30 mins or so for order ahead cookies. I refuse to waste my time at this location anymore. They need a better system.

Great cookies. Horrible location. No one there was working as a team, the person who handed me cookies folded under pressure and was borderline rude, the lay out of the building does not allow for good delivery. Just go to the one by the cannery. It's much better and nicer. The people there work much harder.

Cookies are really good, but was a bit overpriced for a box of three cookies. Paid up to $10 for it, with a side of technical difficulties with using my debit card. (Their machine couldn't do the swipe, so I had to manually input my number in.)

No matter what day nor hour you go, this location is filled with lazy workers. Sat at curbside pickup while employees were inside standing around and talking. Had to go inside to get our order, and they seemed mad when we did. Another location is probably better off.
