Amazing cookies - these are next level cookies. I was gifted a giftcard earlier in the year, and this was such a treat. We were able to get a 6 pack. We got different flavors but we shared them, mmm. The flavors change monthly. Hubby also told the clerk that he missed his birthday treat but she honored it. That was nice. I am a home baker, since I was nice, but I was impressed.
The workers in here are the most. My daughter needs to wait for her favorite cookies and they ask me, If i want to wait or give me another cookies but we wait becuase their cookies are so delicious. The girl who attended me she is the most kind worker i ever meet. She gave me an extra delicious tres leche just for wait there. I feel very blessed and my daughter is very happy. This kind of people we need so much around, they change my day after a hard time Thank to the girl which i dont remember her name. A lot of blessing all of the crew. Happy Christmas.

We enjoy trying the interesting new flavors, but often find them too sweet. You can't go wrong with their classic chocolate chip though.
The cookies are great, but I am frustrated by the delivery service / tracking on the Crumbl app. I was notified that my delivery would arrive at approximately 3:17pm. By the time 3:30 rolled around, still no cookies, but the app said they would arrive soon. No problem, it’s only a little over ten minutes late which isn’t a big deal. Then by 4:00 pm, still no cookies. The app still said they’d be arriving “soon”. I’m a little annoyed at this point, it’s fine if they’re late but I wish the app would update with a new time. Shortly after 4pm they did finally update the delivery time to 4:20ish. Cookies did not arrive until 4:37pm, well over an hour past the initial estimated time. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, except I also requested a custom note to be included because these cookies were for my husband to celebrate his job promotion. Zero note. It’s not the absolute end of the world but it’s frustrating when you’re trying to celebrate a special occasion and the note that would have made your partner’s day isn’t there, and it’s also over an hour late besides.
