The customer service at this store is always immaculate. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love this location and refuse to visit any other location just because of the service I receive every time I come in here. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been to more than a dozen Crumbl locations across the country, and I am usually impressed by the friendliness, quality of product, and atmosphere. However, I was so disappointed in my visit to this location that I can easily say it is hands down the worst I have experienced at a Crumbl. It is staffed by college kids who make abundantly clear their annoyance of dealing customers. I’ll be skipping Crumbl—and the attitude—on future visits to Las Vegas. There are plenty of other options in this town where the employees are friendlier and care more.

Do not trust this location with Uber Eats. They forgot to put my milk that I ordered with my cookie. Not to mention the cookie didn’t taste fresh at all. Totally regret using this location. The lady who answered the phone said I would have to come to the store to get my milk. That was pretty much the only option. Very disappointed. This has ruined my Crumbl experience forsure.

It is a small place where you take your order through an application, the cookies are to go and they only accept credit cards, the cookies are very delicious ?
All the different flavors make it fun and exciting!
