I grew up in North Jersey and I was surrounded by Cubans/dominicans and Puerto Ricans so I know my stuff. Moved to vegas and was craving Cuban food and omg this was unexpected. Food is light not salty and perfect. Customer service is excellent and quaint ambience. Thank you for existing everybody needs to know about this place. Terrible place...the worst place I have ever gone for Cuban food (and I know many)...the service was quite good but I literally couldn't eat the food (roast pork)... just terrible.

A hidden gem that I recommend trying at least once. The oxtail was delicious and even got a bite of my father's Lechon Asado dish - it was just a wee bit salty. I was especially impressed with the Iced Americano - very tasty!

This is a quiet spot. The food was really good. I got the sampler which allowed me to taste the pork, beef, and chicken. It also came with bean and rice and a side of salad. Overall it was a really good experience. I also had a pineapple mojito which was okay. However my sister got the traditional mojito and said that was really good. The woman that served us was super nice and pleasant.

The best Cuban restaurant ever!! Definitely will be coming back. Especially during the Sport events.
My husband and childrens food was cold, my children ate my plate. Heated food came out 15 minutes later.There was a bug coming out from the bar area.When my fiance received his heated plate, there was a tip of what looked like a cut out of a sandwich bag in the meat- which makes sense why the meat came out Ice cold in the beginning. Definitely would not recommend.

Every time I visit Viva Las Vegas, I make sure to stop by and eat at Cuban Cafe Restaurant. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is excellent.
