DO NOT COME HERE (go to one off of Ft. Apache instead)! Ridiculous service with a bad attitude. My wife called in just now (happy and in a good mood knowing we’d be eating La Cubanidad) for a Cubano sandwich with onions, and the lady who answered the phone said it was impossible to put onions on their sandwich, because they don’t do that, ever. We have been to La Cubanidad about 6 times now, and they always put onions on my sandwich when we ask.
We don’t appreciate the lying or bad attitude by this employee. Never returning here.

We had delivered thru DoorDash. This was the worst Cuban food we ever tasted. The fried pork was extremely rubbery and looked like it was old and refried. The Ropa Vieja tasted spoiled and gave me such horrible heartburn. Nothing we ordered tasted fresh. By far one of the most disappointing Latino restaurants in town. Won’t ever order again and waste my money!

One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. The food is exquisite. The service is truly very good, it makes you want to return. Chef Dennis is very friendly and has that title well earned. I recommend you go with your family and you will be comfortable.

In this area close to Sahara...we needed a place where eating exquisite Cuban food...would take us back to our roots and that unique flavor of our grandmother's, aunt's and mother's food...and why not mention our parents who also cooked for us. In short, Cubanidad has the highest range of flavors, even colors in its food. Just arriving...seeing the atmosphere that welcomes you and tells you to sit down and delight...without further ado, a joy of feelings along with the palate that will never fail you. Exquisite food, homemade, fresh from the day and made by people who know. Try to meet their chef, Dennis. Cuban through and through...honor to whom it is deserved! Simplicity with wisdom...I invite you to get to know the restaurant, its people and its food. Don't hesitate to go.

Omg let me tell you. I had the most best burrito I ever had in a loooong time, I started hating burritos cause I thought that no one made them good anymore until I had the Cuban burrito here. Omg like, why is there a don tornado next door ? Shut that down and let cubanidad expand, and omg, the front girl was so cute. Don't tell her I said that lol.

I haven't gone to Cuban food restaurants in Las Vegas for a long time because I leave with a bad taste. But this Cubanidad made me travel in the good times of Cuba with its authentic taste of our food. Thank you
