I travel for work and I usually get stuck in clinic for lunch so I'm always ordering Uber eats and the food is usually mediocre, at best. I was absolutely shocked at the quality of the food that was delivered to me. It was hot, the portions were large, and it was freaking delicious. The glass noodles with that sauce... Chef's kiss 🤌🏼🫰🏼! They were having a special where it was by one get one free so I literally got two huge bowls for 12 bucks lol. I was also very surprised that I got to choose twp protein options, that's very generous of them! Very impressed by this place. And it takes a lot to impress me.

Do not do it. Went in. Was never welcomed. Food was all over the place behind the counter. Looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in hours.
Girl behind counter scraped the noodles out of the bottom of the pan. Mandoo was just sitting in a bowl. Entire staff was rude and unprofessional. I had to show on the menu to tell them what the meal combo came with.
Glass noodles were gross. Beef was gross. Rice was hard. Barely any vegggies. Rice all over the floor. Tables were dirty.
Only thing that was good was the root beer that they don’t make.

I love it here. Everyone is very nice. Food is absolutely delicious. I love the krunch bop. I have tried most things on the menu since we discovered it after moving nearby. Will definitely come here way too often ❤️

Update - the manager called to personally apologize. He was kind, gave us the refund, and offered to remake the food. I will update the rating when I go back.
What an absolutely disappointing mess. The food was ice cold. The service was uncaring and ignorant. Over $10 dollars spent on inedible food is pathetic. You should be ashamed to not only serve such nasty food, but to refuse a refund after we brought it back is pathetic. You should give us our money back. We will tell every single person we know how little you care about your customers and the food you provide. We will never be back.
In the past 2 years whenever I have gone in, I have been the only customer. It's only a matter of time before you go out of business and that's because your serving gross food with an even nastier attitude.

CUPBOP IS SOOOO GOOD. Super friendly staff and really great food. Store was super clean. Anthony was super nice and helped me figure out what I wanted. 10/10
