We are huge fans of Cut Beverly Hills…..But only in the Cut Lounge there because the service in the main restaurant in Cut Bev Hills was poor. We looked forward to coming to cut Las Vegas. The food was good and the room is beautiful. The service was OK. I felt like the waiter was trying to get us to leave once we finished our meal even though the restaurant was half empty and we were celebrating 2 birthdays. The final ding to the service was when we came back the next night...
This place did not disappoint. They did not have any available tables but we were able to sit at the bar with the full menu available. Our dinner was delicious! We will definitely be going back on our next Vegas trip.
We have eaten at all of the restaurants at Venetian except the Cut and our wonderful host was able to get a reservation last night. Well we should have gone to Buddy V’s instead. The filets were ok, mushrooms very good and the onion rings were cold and soggy. Although the staff was nice there was always an upsell even for pre dinner bread. The atmosphere is one of loud, hustle and bustle. $350 for this non memorable meal was not worth it.
