I’ve been coming here for 8 years and have always loved the food and customer service, but today was a really disappointing experience. I placed a to-go order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Instead, I waited 50 minutes for two pho soups and egg rolls. During that time, no one acknowledged the delay, apologized, or even offered water while I waited.

I didn’t recognize any of the staff, so I’m not sure if there are new owners, but the level of service was nothing like what I’ve experienced in the past. Despite the inconvenience, I still tipped 15%, but I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated.

I hope this feedback helps improve future customer service, because I’ve always enjoyed this place and would love to continue supporting it.

Went here for some great New to Vegas area wanted to find a good place to get Pho in the area. Disappointed as I’ve been to way better pho before. The waiter was si and you can tell as he was taking our order. Pho wasn’t flavored enough.

Small space but big on yummy goodness! We arrived at 4 pm Friday and didn't have much competition for tables. We ordered the lotus root salad, bun rieu and combo pho. All fantastic!

The lotus root salad was so unique and tasty. I liked the hint of spicy burn with the crunchy lotus root texture and some shrimps to go along with it.

The bun rieu was flavorful and a huge portion. The pho was a generous portion as well with a great helping of beef.

We also ordered the mashed avocado and durian drink. So interesting in flavors and textures but overpowering towards the end.

The lotus root salad came out at an okay pace but the noodles took quite some time which is different from what we're used to. We're from the SF Bay Area and pho always comes out super fast after ordering. If you have the time, the food is worth the wait!

It's interesting seeing a video reel of someone enjoying food from the menu. Helps give ideas for what to try next time!

I will definitely be coming back, highly recommend!

Pho Da Lat serves up super tasty traditional Vietnamese food — and not just pho! Every dish comes in a big, satisfying portion, and the prices are really reasonable. It’s a cozy, family-run spot with great vibes. Big shoutout to the owner for doing an awesome job!

This is the best place if you want to get for pho I’ve been to over seven different pho places in Vegas this is the BEST ONE HANDS DOWN not just the Pho u have too try The Korean beef with the rice 10 out of 10 I will come here anytime of the day anytime of the week👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Upon walking in, you might not expect much from the restaurant, but it’s amazing! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The host and waiter were kind and attentive. My husband and I ordered Vietnamese coffee, broken rice, and beef stew with fresh bread. The meal and drinks were incredible! If we were spending more time in Vegas, we would definitely come back.
