I would give this place 5 stars actually however, there are days when it’s “off” & that’s ok because this is a small family owned establishment & I KNOW it will be good the next time I come. It’s a Mood thing it seems which is true of any kitchen. Anyway, just be aware that it isn’t 5 stars EVERY single time but one of my favorite Phò spots in town. The atmosphere is meh which is why I get my Phò to go but Phò to GO is not a Vibe. You NEED it HOT & Ready to eat. Best to eat HERE when it’s not busy. It is either eerily quiet or had some goofy tv show on. Some of the shows are actually good at times.. lol I just wish they had more of an ambiance like with some music. I don’t care what kind just something.

I ordered my food and I never got it delivered, when I called them for a refund they pretend they don't understand what I need, eventually I had to call my bank to cancel this transaction.

I was surprised to see a Vietnamese restaurant so close to Palms Place. I walked for 5 minutes from Palms Place to Dalat Vietnamese. The server was very friendly and offered hot water since I just came in from the cold outside. I ordered their pork rolls (nem nướng cuốn), crab udon soup (bánh canh cua), and hot Vietnamese milk coffee. I loved them all, especially the pork rolls. The food is plentiful and they have a lot of packaged to-go food options. I'd come back next time I'm in Vegas.

Bun bo hue - the taste and flavors of the broth is off and extremely salty-- I couldn't eat it. The best part was the pig knuckle, tastier than most others I've hadPho combo - very salty but not as bad as the bun bo hue. Lots of meat; the tendon was delicious, but tripe was thick and hard

It was a short walk from the palms place hotel and it was worth every bit! The wait staff was incredibly kind it was a quiet kind of hole in the wall place but the food was incredible the beef spring roll was amazing but think twice about getting an appetizer im a large man and only ate half of my pho i was expecting like a decent sized bow of pho but the bowl they brought out was massssive it was so tasty i almost made my self sick because i kept needing 1 more bite would highly recommend if ur in the area stopping in.Dietary restrictions: My gf can’t do gluten but they have egg noodle rice noodles etc
