Came here after my flighy from California. Gonna have to agree with the 1 star reviews here. Soup is sooooo bland in a weird way. I don't mind salt and pepper and just that but this had 0 flavor, it was kind of funny! Maybe that's how they eat though. I got some sort of spicy pork noodle soup. The other food like the fried rice was okay though. Husband got tomato soup which was not bad. But just 1 star cause my soup was crazy. Would give another star but the server we had looked like they had horrible hygiene...I wondered if I should have said that there were boogers in his nose. Anyways, it's probably a place you can give a try but most likely won't be back.

It was more delicious than expected. The noodles were incredibly soft, and the broth was tasty. I plan to visit again to try other dishes.

I used to come here a lot when they had the cheesy pasta dishes and the little bell to ring your server. I found that the interior changed including the menu. I was hoping the food would be the same but it wasn't. I always get the spicy noodle soup and I was so confused when I tasted it. It was just like spicy water? I know how this soup tastes like because I eat it every where and there was no salty taste or herbs ...idk what you're supposed to put in this soup but it's almost as if they just made the broth for 5 min. The chicken bits had flavor though. It just sucks when you pay 14 dollars for soup which isn't hard to mess up and then it tastes like water. I'm so tempted to ask for soy sauce or something but it would just not be good. Probably won't come back againMy friend also said hers tasted the same

Just in case you’re still coming for Dagu rice noodles 大鼓米线,they closed. The new owner tried to market themselves something similar to Dagu, but they aren’t. Their rice noodle is flavorless, with bland soup and little meat. Waiters look bored and will dump leftovers right next to you. They will also charge a credit card process fee, regardless of how much you spend.

Food was bland. Their appetizers were good. Service was rude and rush. Could have been better if the employees on break didnt just lay down on one of the bench to take a nap. They took turn to take a break and both of them came with a pillow to sleep on. Very unattractive while people dining in. When we pressed for service they just brought the bill ready for us to pay without knowing what service we were going to ask

Sauerkraut fish tasted really bad. Server yelled at me while ordering. You can tasted the MSG in Tonkotsu pork ramen, definitely not recommend to eat here.

Located at North side of Shanghai Plaza street level.Lunch with a friend, what we ordered:1.) Tempura Shrimp was tasty but very small pieces not like normal shrimp tempura size.2.) Beef stew with rice noodle soup my friend said she liked hers and the beef stew was tender.3.) Pork bone in ribs with rice noodle soup. The ribs were tender but sparse and too much cabbage in soup.It was different and not bad all in all.

Shrimp, cutlet, and signature beef noodles soup. The signature beef noodles was an unending pot of surprises. Plenty of meat, some mushrooms, and imitation crab. My friend finished his cutlet fairly quickly, so I tried to finish my meat so we could go, but I kept finding more pieces hiding in the broth. It isnt spicy, adding the house chili oil helps. It is spicier than what I have bought in stores, a little goes a long way.

This place has really gone downhill, my old rating was 5 stars almost a year and a half ago. But we probably won’t be coming here again.I come here every 3-4 months, for 2 years. After a few months we come here and the prices, like all places, have gone up. Fine, all places have up. Now, my issue is that the quality, quantity, AND service have gone SO down.I ordered the crispy honey shrimp and instead of giving us 10-12 pieces, and now we got 8. Before we ordered it, I asked the waiter for it to be a little extra crispy (as great as it is, it’s soggy) and he stared at me and said “no we can’t do that”. OK I get if I asked for a special request, but all I’m asking for this to be in the toaster oven an extra 2 min. Such a hard request, huh?Anyways, the ramen quality is terrible. This actually used to be my #1 place to get ramen, this had better quality than Ramen Sora. Nope, that’s gone! You can make homemade ramen better than this. I asked for chili oil to add spice— it should’ve just been regular oil, little to no spice. Poured the whole thing. While before, I could pour 1/4 of the chili oil container and that would be more than enough of a kick for me.My husband paid in card and was going to tip cash, before we leave. Right after the transaction, she took the machine away and gave us our receipt and walked away.I guess she noticed we didn’t tip on the card and asked my husband, “Aren’t you going to tip?” And I said “yes, cash”. And she walked away. We were going to leave a tip in cash as most people do, why ask?I know management won’t read this or care. I miss the old Dagu Rice Noddle. Both my husband and I would randomly crave the ramen and shrimp because it was amazing, it was quality food. It’s sad. Here’s my warning to you all.

Bad Chinese rice noodle restaurant in Las Vegas. We saw someone post online as recommendation to go. We tried it and it was extremely different from the one I tried in Toronto.First, there was a lady with red hair ?‍ was a bit rude to us cuz we asked her if we could hang around the plaza and come back to the restaurant after we wrote down the info on the wait list.Second, it was the $9 fried squid?!!! I could not even believe it? What the heck? I was so angry to pay this $9 for only five small pieces of squid? I paid $4 in Hachi and got the same protons…..Last, the rice noodle soup was watery ….Bad at all

Amazingly delicious. I had zero expectations and it's my new favorite place for dinner. The noodles were beyond hand their appetizers are yummmm.

The pot is fascinating and can keep the temperature correctly. We loved the sour vegetable fish noodle and Yunnan noodles. I think you can order two noodles to feed three people, because it was very large.
