“Just wanted to give props to this Franchise Operator and/or Store Manager for actually responding to Google reviews and not just letting the corporate team do it. Im a former DQ General Manager and I highly respect an active operator/management team finding ways to make it right for customers or if unable to, at least to explain the reasons why things weren't right during their visit/experience. I never have met this owner (I know/worked with most of the owners in vegas), but just wanted to say kudos! I've stopped by your shop a few times and although its a bit outdated decor wise, its still seems like a decent location. Thats all!“
“The locator on Google maps is actually incorrect, though it kind of points you in the correct direction. It's actual location is downstairs (somewhat basement I guess?) by the arcade. The staff here were really awesome and we're able to get us taken care of pretty quickly despite the crowd.“
“I’d like to thank the assistant manager (I didn’t catch her name, but I believe it was Trish or Tish) for helping me with my mobile order. I was having some trouble placing it, and she resolved the issue quickly and without any hassle. Great service!“
“It was amazing. I got a chocolate with cherry dip. Excellent service. They even gave me something for free thanks Dairy Queen. I see why you guys are still open and it was a lot of traffic surprisingly but they’re the only ones that have cherry dip long live cherry dip! No pics next time I did also order some dilly barscherry dip of course. 10 out of 10.“
“Had my 1st burger meal here at DQ, the Delux double, was very good!
Plus had my regular Blizzard, of course my favorite
Staff very nice as Ashley H, guided me on the burger! Very nice staff!
Good job“
“This Dairy Queen, run by the folks at Milestone Ventures, is seriously spotless and totally on point. You can just tell they really care about the place. I popped in for a quick treat, and Ryan hooked me up – super friendly, lightning-fast, and made the whole thing a breeze. The service was top-notch, and everything looked fresh and tidy. It's awesome to find a DQ that's actually well-maintained. So, whether you're hankering for a Blizzard or just a little something, this spot is legit. Huge props to the crew (and Ryan, you rock!) for making it such a chill and pleasant stop. I'm definitely hitting this place up again.“
“When your order is right, the food is good. You can't really mess up a blizzard, but my food order has been wrong a couple times. It's not the end of the world and the location is convenient. Staff is pretty friendly, and the wait times so far haven't been too long.“
“I admit to having a soft spot for DQ/Orange Julius. These two titans of “cool treats” were staples growing up. Whenever I’d travel to the big city with the family, if we came across one of these in the mall, it was a proverbial “must stop.” Whether it was DQ with their soft serve (and the curl at the top!), or Orange Julius with their frothy beverages, it was a welcomed treat. Indeed, because of such memories I’m still occasionally pulled towards this dynamic duo for a refreshing beverage or ice cream. That’s exactly what happened on a recent visit to the Las Vegas South Premium Outlet shops.\n\nThe folks and I were out and about, exploring the South Premium Outlet mall in search of some Christmas presents. In the past, we would’ve patronized the Boulevard Mall but it’s sadly become a shell of itself in recent years, especially after losing its key anchor tenants in the form of JC Penny, Macy’s and Sears. We’d managed to find some good deals and were in the process of winding down our shopping excursion. It was at this point that I spied the DQ/Orange Julius signage in the food court area. I wasn’t particularly hungry, but was rather thirsty. The solution? A classic, frosty Orange Julius! Because of the late hour (just after 7PM), there was no line and I received my Orange Julius in good time. It was just as I’d remembered – refreshing, frothy, light and tasted distinctly like a creamsicle. Delicious!\n\nFOOD: 4/5\nSERVICE: 4/5\nVALUE: 5/5\nRECOMMENDATION: The classics never go out of style. If you’re cruising the South Premium Outlet shops and find yourself wishing for a sweet treat, the DQ/Orange Julius duo is the perfect stop to satiate any appetite. Afterwards (or maybe even beforehand), you may also want to indulge in some Villa Italian Kitchen ;)\n\nPS: If you found this review helpful in any way please consider hitting the "helpful" button!“
“Gosh diggity dang! This place gets me up in the morning! The Blizzard is a touch straight from god! That shake with the egg nog makes me no longer fear the fog. That first fry never fails to make me cry. I'd name my kid after the workers. Woowee I could go on and on.“
“Went in one night and I was assisted with Jaylah. She was the most sweetest worker and very helpful. She took her time with helping me and my coupons. She got my food and blizzards ready in no time and her service was outstanding. Love coming to this DQ and having great and fast customer service all the time.“
“Dairy Queen – Southern Highlands: My Go-To for Smiles, Snacks, and Sweet Deals 🍦🍔🙌
This DQ is hands-down my favorite. The customer service? Always top-tier. The team here is friendly, fast, and genuinely kind—like they actually enjoy making your day better (and your Blizzard thicker).
Whether I’m swinging by for a quick burger, a crispy chicken strip basket, or just giving in to my soft-serve cravings, they never miss. The food is hot, fresh, and exactly what you want when you need a comfort fix. And the treats? Let’s just say the Oreo Blizzard has healing properties.
They’ve also got great deals that make it easy to treat the whole crew without breaking the bank. And even when there’s a line, they move with purpose and keep the good vibes flowing.
It’s the kind of place that feels like a neighborhood staple—reliable, cheerful, and always worth the stop. If you’re in Southern Highlands and haven’t been yet, go. If you have? You already know. This DQ is the real deal.“
“I was in the mood for a banana split. I saw the Dairy Queen so I walked in and ordered. The clerk said $3.62 Sir. I said I think you made a mistake. He said No Sir Happy Hour. That was a fantastic banana split and they gave my dog a pup cup“
“Just left the Dairy Queen on Rainbow in Flamingo. Excellent and Friendly Service by Bree this new employee I believe, because I’ve never seen her before. You need to give this girl a raise and give her more hours and she is an asset to your company!😊“
