“Haven't had an Orange Julius in years. My mom used to love them, so I had to get one in her memory. Was a little bit of a line, but the guys working were doing a good job. I got a medium Orginal Julius. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the drink. Was a tad watery and didn't have the foamy texture nor taste. It wasn't horrible, but just a tad of a letdown. This place is located downstairs in the Excaliburs game room.“

“Had a great little interaction with Iliah, she explained the product well and gave us a card to take a survey (which is unfortunately already closed :( ) and was very friendly. Kimari was also very nice to us. We just wanted a little treat after a long day of work and it was so nice to have professional and friendly customer service!“

“It was amazing. I got a chocolate with cherry dip. Excellent service. They even gave me something for free thanks Dairy Queen. I see why you guys are still open and it was a lot of traffic surprisingly but they’re the only ones that have cherry dip long live cherry dip! No pics next time I did also order some dilly barscherry dip of course. 10 out of 10.“
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! CAME IN TO GET SOMETHING SWEET. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, ORDERED BLIZZARD WAS AMAZING, CLEAN DINNING AREA. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY DESERVES RECOGNITION. DROVE OUT OF OUR WAY TO COME OVER TO THIS LOCATION AND TRY IT BECAUSE WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE WARM SPRINGS LOCATION. 👏👏👏👏👏👏“

“I LOVE DAIRY QUEEN TWIST CONES! This location has the
BEST TWIST CONES! The staff at the drive thru are always friendly and kind. I only wish their size medium cone was a bit bigger. The Dairy Queen off of Rainbow has a bigger amount and it's noticeable. I hope the management takes notice of this review and cranks up the size of the medium cones. I'm not beneath begging (ha, ha). Other than that, you guys are great and that creamy mix of vanilla and chocolate is divine! I'll make you a deal, you crank up the size of the medium cone and I'll give you 5 stars.“

“This location has some of the most customer service-oriented employees across the board. My experiences have all been via the drive-thru, and the employees ensure they get your order correct with smiling faces. I typically order the Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken strip basket with fries and buttery toast.The buttery toast at this location tastes scrumptious! The bread is soft, and every time I take a bite, the butter shoots into the inside of my cheek. Whatever they are doing should be taught to other Dairy Queen restaurants because I ordered the Glazed Chicken Strip basket at a different location in North Las Vegas, and the bread wasn't as soft and buttery at this restaurant. The bread is so good that I have routinely substituted fries for an extra toast, and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend eating the toast immediately, because if you let it cool, it's not as good.The Glazed Chicken strips are tasty as well!“

“Went in one night and I was assisted with Jaylah. She was the most sweetest worker and very helpful. She took her time with helping me and my coupons. She got my food and blizzards ready in no time and her service was outstanding. Love coming to this DQ and having great and fast customer service all the time.“
“Love this place! I’m an HS junior and my bus stop is right by the DQ, so it’s pretty fun to stop by and grab something on the way home. Prices are fair, the food is good, the service is mostly pretty good from my own experiences, just a wee-bit iffy sometimes. also a good place to hang out and talk w/ friends or family over food :)
ps: i love the chicken strip basket. idk what you guys put in it but its scrumptious
Kid-friendliness: They’re really chill about it from what I’ve seen. Just iffy on middle schoolers, which from what I’ve seen coming by a lot.. is reasonable
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp by the entrance for wheelchairs, as well as a large stall in the bathroom“
“My good friends and I stopped in at this DQ for the first time yesterday and we were certainly happy we did. Their ice cream and shakes are always special treats, but the food was also really good.The best part, however was the excellent employees: particularly Cassandra the cashier. She could write a training guide for how to provide great customer service. She was pleasant, helpful, very friendly and was on top of the entire order, even offering suggestions. When we didn't have any cash to tip her (DQ really needs to allow you to leave tips on the credit card) she was more than gracious and appreciative that we were thinking of her. We will definitely make up for that oversight the next time we are there.It is terrific employees like Cassandra who keep loyal customers coming back for more. She has made three more repeat diners for this DQ. They are lucky to have her.“

“This place is close to me so it's okay but the service wasn't that great to be honest they were not rude they were polite but they just weren't very attentive may be there a little bit understaffed and then there was like this guy in there who was causing a scene as well so that was a little bit off-putting but in general it's in a good location they have a decent menu and I'll probably go back there in the future but not right away“
“Great food and service bit the owner leaves a lot to be desired. I buy 4 to 6 boxes of dilly bars at a time and had a problem with him personally a few trips ago. I asked the young lady to have him call me when he came in later to count his daily money and he never did!!! I know that he got my message. Poor business man!!!“
