On 1/31/23, a Tuesday, about 3pm drove through the drive through. A sign on the window said closed until further notice. Notified google.

Came here for a quick bite today. Sat in their drive through line for 15 minutes only to get blocked in so I could not leave. When I finally get to order I ordered a 6 piece chicken meal and asked for ranch and buffalo sauce, the man proceeds to tell me it's "extra" for an additional sauce. Highly annoyed at that seeing I had waited for an extreme amount of time while on a lunch hour. Needless to say I won't be returning. Hate having my time not respected Grrrrr!!!

Stopped in to get my favorite chicken strips and they were out of my favorite sauce...the fry sauce which I use for my fries & strips. Soooo I ordered the house ranch which was complete garbage. It was like milk and they didn't even have the decency to tell me it was runny. Also I use to frequent this DQ many times before the pandemic and the customer service was pretty good. But today there was a very loud Asian who was very aggressive. Please someone hire a softer more friendly person for your window. This is the DQ at Sahara near Valley View.

Horrible location and service. All the employees should be fired the way they present themselves. Constantly cursing and yelling at each other and customers. Management and the company itself should be ashamed for hiring these knuckleheads.

Omg!!!! The drive through is terrible... That's not even my complaint I went today they had no ice cream ? but that's not even my complaint I order a 4 piece chicken finger.... when I say the worst I will never and I mean never eat at this location or another because my food must have been re-cooked at least 3 or 4 time. I wish I could of took a picture. Ok let me go because I need my money back so I getting ready to call. If your hungry pass this place up smh there is always a problem here!

Sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes tonight. Paid 30 dollars for food and didn’t get half of it. Nobody answers the phone. Had no sense of urgency. Avoid this place at all costs.

Never have icecream. Refuse to serve icecream which is very bizarre. Have been here 3 times and thus happened. They are an ice cream place that refuses to serve icecream?
