This is an amazing place omg, the people there are super lovely I would recommend this place to anyone, oh my God, especially the chicken strips so good, and they make everything fresh... lobby was sooo clean compared to other Dairy Queen's, I really loved this place 10/10 Keep up the amazing job

Horrible customer service and the place just looks absolutely dirty I didn't even want our blizzards we ordered. I think the health department needs to come out asap. As we were waiting the employee inside were all just playing around on the cell phones then I kept looking in because it was taking forever that is when I notice how dirty the drive through was including the windows. This place is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Everyone loves Dairy Queen but not this one please no one ever go

Just don’t go there. It’s so sad this used to be my go to fast food spot in HS, not this location but DQ. This location is just horrendous in every aspect of being terrible. This is not based of off just one visit, it’s based of several visits over last year. Tonight was yet annother bad experience though for sure. A 23 min wait at 20:00 with just two cars in front of me. All I wanted was a blizzard. The car in front of me just got ONE cone and it took over 10 min ??♂️. When I went to order they asked me to wait , and I did for quite some time. These employees are just chatting , not paying attention , no rush and just fumbling orders left and right and still chatting while trying to give me change. Which btw, I had to reach all the way up to the window to grab it as she was to busy complaining about another person to her co worker. Horrible experiences, not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5 but EVERY ONE of them. DQ do not bother with a reply, as all your replies say exactly the same thing and don’t mean anything to anyone as your history of 1 ⭐️ reviews says it all, you’re a horrible location and do not plan to fix it nor do you care.

Took little granddaughter with me to lumber yard yesterday (Sunday). Then took her for early lunch and ice ream at this DQ location (They open at 10:30). We arrived a few minutes early so we sat at outside chairs. The presumed manager shows up at 10:35. I assumed somebody was in completing prep work. Asked her if "everything is fired up". She said no. Having built and remodeled DQ's in the Pacific northwest for many years prior to moving here, I knew it would be a bear minimum of 45 minutes to an hour before the would be ready. Can't give a .5 gratis unfortunately on rating!

I went here with my boyfriend for lunch and waited 10 minutes just to place our order. The guy looked annoyed taking our order. I got my order first before my boyfriend. They brought out mine without the drink. We waited a long time and then I asked where is the other food. They said 2 minutes but it took 20. They were more concerned about the drive thru orders. When the rest of the food came out it was not good. The quality and service at Dairy Queen has went downhill and I recommend you don't visit it. I won't be back after that bad experience.

We just got mini blizzards, and they were good. Service was fast and good. Bathrooms are ok.
Asked for hot fudge in a blizzard- twice at the intercom. We get to the window and were asked if we wanted cocoa fudge. We replied saying hot fudge. The employee asked again if we wanted cocoa fudge. I asked if there were other flavors and he reiterated that they had hot fudge and cocoa fudge. So we said, "Hot fudge, please." No fudge was given. Nailed it.
