my sundae was completely melted when they handed only 2 it to us after we sat in the drive thru waiting forever (only 2 cars ahead of us). this is what you call a large sundae? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

The manager here is unprofessional. I'm not sure how you decide to send emails to young kids looking for a job, telling them to show up between 1-3pm on Friday and Saturdays yet your not there to conduct the interview! The very least you could have done was have someone stand in your place, or email them and tell them that the interviews were canceled. I can only imagine how many more things you drop the ball on, if something this simple can escape you!
